Nice app! I currently have a Button+ and it works well, but I’m also interested in this: my Button+ screen displays information such as which radio station is playing and whether a trash bin needs to be put out.
Is that also possible with the Shelly display? Or are there only devices you can display?
Currently the dashboard is focused on device control and sensor values — so you see what your devices report in real time (temperatures, power, alarm state, etc.) and can control them with a tap.
Radio station: If your speaker/media player is a Homey device, it already shows up as a tile — but right now the tile only shows on/off state, not the currently playing station or track. That’s something that could be added in a future version.
Trash bin reminder: There’s no dedicated “info display” tile yet. A workaround could be to use a virtual sensor in Homey (e.g. a text or boolean) whose state is set by a flow — it would then appear as a tile on the dashboard. Not as elegant as a dedicated reminder widget, but it should work.
So compared to Button+, the Shelly dashboard is more of a device control panel with some nice extra features (see screenshots in posts above) than an information board right now. Info/notification tiles are something I have on the radar for a future update.
Thanks for your time and explanation! I’m in the middle of a renovation and want to install a few buttons and displays. I was originally thinking of using a Button+, but this seems like a great option too.
Information can indeed be displayed via a virtual device, but it’s less visually appealing and might sometimes be too small for the text.
I read through the posts and saw “day and night mode” is there also a mode where the screen turns off completely? For example, when going to sleep if you install one in the bedroom
What about the bigger Shelly Wall Displays?
Do all the wall displays work with your app?
The bigger one’s should work right now (not yet tested) but in future they will allow you to install apps from a app store (hopefully the full Homey App?) and they remove the Home Assistent integration which I use to display this Dashbaord. Based on their Changelog it will stay for the small version (normal Shelly Wall Display) so this Dashboard should work as well with future firmware 2.6. We’ll see…

By the way - you can run this dashboard app (website) on any display or as well on a tablet or computer where you have a web browser installed.
You can just give it a try - install it and open the URL provided under app settings.

is there a way to make multiple dashboards? If I have 5 shelly displays but I want to show only that rooms smarts, is this possible? 
I don’t want my 10 year old to have control over my room lights as well from his room haha.
