Here we experience connection problems between Homey and Remeha. Are there more people who have problems? Or is something going wrong here locally?

That explains a lot. I disabled the flow for now.
Looks like the issue is back ? Or am I missing something ?
Remega Home and the Homey app are not workingā¦.
Right :

Wegens een Microsoft server storing kunnen op dit moment gebruikers problemen ervaren met het inloggen in de Remeha Home app

Homey should make a localised connection. Through the cloud is unreliable
Thereās no such thing with Remeha.
Remeha can of course write new firmware that makes that possible. All automation should work locally for safety reasons.
I switched from Remeha to the OTGW temp. Thatās localā¦

We can only hope, but I doubt they will.
Yes, going OT would be a solution, but Iām unsure what the consequences (in terms of managing/controlling my Elga Ace) would be if I replaced my eTwist with an OT thermostat.
Hi everyone!
Yesterday I installed the Remeha app and connected my eTwist. Now Iām having the problem that itās not always connected. It seems that the device in Homey goes offline when the eTwist goes into standby mode.
Iāve tried to read every comment here, but maybe I missed an earlier solution.
Is anyone familiar with this problem or able to tell me how to fix it? Iāve already tried to remove the device on Homey and connect it again, unfortunately without any success.
Thanks in advance!
Robbert
Hot water isnāt available in the API so this is normal. T Out should be there if you have an external temperature sensor installed connected to your Remeha
If you go to advanced settings and set āprobleemverhelpingā to yes, you can read the latest API reaction. This is where the app gets itās info. Look for Outdoor Temperature and see what it returns.
If you didnāt already, please report to Robin:
It has the same bug as eTwist app, itās in the communication between eWist and CV or heatpump. In the OpenThermā¦
Ah, I thought you meant the OTGW app ![]()
Just scroll back a few postsā¦
Iām asking if there will be hot water, not what is written in the API?!
