I had the same today in the WarmteWizard app. Had to add twice again but after a while unavailable again. A restart of the WW app seems to have fixed it for now
Out of curiosity: which model heat pump do you have? I have an Elga Ace All-in-One and I’m looking to control it over OpenTherm too, but I’m curious to know if using OT has any drawbacks (I don’t think the eTwist does a whole lot over R-Bus than it can’t do over OT).
So Homey/OTGW is a backup for when the Remeha Cloud fails, and the Remeha Cloud is a backup in case Homey/OTGW fails? 
I guess you always have a manual workaround 
Well, OTGW doesn’t really controll the heat pump. You just play ‘thermostat’ in a advanced way. Basically I just calculate a desired watertemp and send it to the heat pump. The flow behind it, with add-ons and corrections on that watertemp based on in- and outdoor temperature, PV etc. is massive…
The thermostat does nothing but determine the wanted roomtemp. Unless homey is doen or failing, then it localy controls the heatpump with OT.
I have a Weheat, it has a app and API but doesn’t allow changeing any settings…
And yes, for everything Homey does I have a fallback. Nothing doesn’t work when I pull the plug…
I did nothing and it came back somewhere last night..
