I see
@RonnyW Is it possible to add/monitor external USB drive from Qnap to your app? Is the API allowing that?
I haven’t found anything like this in the API.
The API only provides built in HDD slots, that are also present in system/hdd settings.
External drives (USB or additional HDD boxed) are not supported by the API.
Is it only the temperature not updating or others, too?
You can restart the app, then wait for the next update (timestamp changed in NAS device), then send me a dignostics report. Perhaps there is somewhere a invalid value in the response.
It is only the temperature (system temperature) that don’t update, It looks like the system temperature don’t change on the Qnap ether mabey the problem is in the Qnap itself and not your app. How can I know?
Is your app only update on changes? have restart Qnap and your app.
The app is reading and updating the Qnap data on every poll interval. But if the value doesn’t change, the last-changed timestamp in Homey will stay until a new temperature is provided from the NAS.
You can start a volume check to see if the temperature changes
I have update the firmware and the temp have change to 40°
okey, will wait and see and if it doesn’t update again I will run a system check
