[APP][Pro] Plugwise App by Plugwise [Adam, Anna, Smile P1] [v3.1.0]

Got a new router and the fixed IP address of the Adam changed. Homey can’t connect now. Can I change the IP in the settings to fix it?

Adjusting the IP of the Adam is something you would need to do in the settings of the device itself, not within Homey.

You could try to restart Homey.

The Plugwise Aram will send a discovery announcement on the network (if Homey is in the same network), which should be picked up by the Plugwise app and it should update the IP address automatically.

Recently I moved from Homey 2016 to Homey-SHS (+Bridge). I am unable to add my SMILE P1 to that Homey installation.

I do get a plugwise icon in the discovered section when you add device.
When I try to add a devices via the Plugwise app in homey, I get “No new devices have been found”.

  • I have reset the device
  • Device is up and running in the same network (on LAN or Wifi)
  • Device is available via the plugwise app v3.2.0 (on LAN or Wifi)
  • Plugwise support desk (Ticket 80135) has access and cannot find any issues

Does anyone have any ideas?

It shows this in the log when I try to add it:

but it still states that it cannot find anything new….

i’m working with plugwise as wel and i want to make a request if it is posible on the homey app to change settings in the Adam modul.

you can only change setting in the Adam wel you are on the local network and it should be nice if i can change settings if i am not on the local network.

i mean the setting you find under the tap setting, heatingsystem, heating, advanced settings.

i like to change the settings for ketel temperaturen and tapwater

another request, is it also posible to make a insight for the pressure ?
because than i can set a notification if the pressure is to low

Edit 24-1-2026:

I’m using the homey app to set my room thermostat at the themeratur i want, but the plugwise app to control the tom radiator opner.
some time i hear the tom opening but the widget on my dashboard is not chaging to the stat of heating.

And i if look on the plugwise app it says it is heating. Is there some comunication missing?

This always happens when the room temperatuur and the theremostat temperatuur are the same.
