I know for Zigbee2mqtt the solution is to keep pressing the first button while changing the button mode to 2 buttons in the web panel (this way your forcing the device to not go to sleep), haven’t tested it for this app but if that doesn’t work you could try moving to Zigbee2mqtt in docker with it’s matching homey app
i recently bougt 3 Filament Bulb White Ambient A60 E27 and they work with the app thank for developent.
but i do mis one cart if: the temperatuur of the light is change.
the then cart is already in the app but not the if cart.
ore am i not understanding it the right way?
@johan_bendz Hello Johan, Is it possible to add the LWG05 a GU10 spotlight
Thanks
Question, do the lights continue to function with this app during an internet outage?
Hello,
Is it correct that with a Hue Wall Switch Module, both ports cannot be used?
I added the Wall Switch Module in Homey, and two devices are then added, the switch and a second output.
In the switch settings, I selected that a double push button is connected.
However, no matter which of the two buttons I press, only output 1 is triggered, even when using output 2.
Is there a solution for this, or does it simply not work?
I have the same issue, both switches are using the same output.
Hi there
I really need the power on behavior to work. It is not possible to set it under advanced settings. I am using a 12V bulb called LCG003.
If I add it to a Hue Bridge, I can set the behavior and it works fine. The question is if I can connect it back to Homey Pro without resetting this behavior?
If I delete the bulb in the Hue app, it lost the behavior setting.
I can add the Hue bridge to Homey and use the Hue app, but I think it is waste of power having a Hue Bridge running when everything else is working fine without it.
Any solutions you might suggest?
Kind regards, Claus
In order to connect the bulb to Homey, the current binding to the Hue bridge must be removed. Eighther by removing the bulb from the bridge or by resetting the bulb. While resetting the bulb the setting will be reset too, appearantly also when removing.
Yes that is what it looks like. So question is if there is a “enter pairing mode”, that does not perform a full reset.
No.
Is the developer still active? Would like to have the ‘Contact Sensor’ fixed. Saw a couple of issues in GitHub but no activity.
No one knows.
Hi

hi,
i recently added the hue wall switch module without any problems to HP23. it even creates 2 entities (first and second input) BUT:
trying to connect a second switch to the hue wall switch module fails.
after i create a flow nothing happens.
the same flow works with the first input of the wall switch module but not with the second.
is this a knowd bug? any ideas or workarounds?
thanks.
Is the device possibly added as a “Generic Zigbee” device? Or is the device correctly identified by the Philips Hue, without the bridge app?
Well known problem and fix request is done, a long time ago.
See github page of the developper
Hey @TammeMagal
I came across the broken contact sensor as well and created pull request [BUGFIX] Working onOff and battery status for SOC001 by lolli42 · Pull Request #682 · JohanBendz/com.philips.hue.zigbee · GitHub which works for me.
The patch is included in my ‘main’ branch fork at GitHub - lolli42/com.philips.hue.zigbee: Philips Hue app for Homey that uses ZigBee directly. No need for bridge. . If you feel lucky enough to deal with the ‘homey’ command, you could clone, build and deploy this to your homey pro until the issue is hopefully fixed in the main repository and released as new version to the app store.
Good stuff! Will check it later this week, gives me a reason to skipp some Christmas ceremonies.
So I think the developer is gone and the app is dead? It is now a year after his latest post. I hope there wil be a official app comming by Homey. It is just stupid to use a HUB when it can be done natively.
I found it weird that one of the biggest brands are not supported well and only trough a hub.
I hope they wil fix this like they did with Tuya (cudos homey!).
Please search someone to confinue this app at least ![]()
i have some connection problems with my hue devices.
i can instal them and they word good for a day ore if i am lucky a week but after that the connection is lost. when i turn off the power of te light bulb and turn it back on than it wil work again for short while.

i did a ful reset of the hue bulb and tried to connect it again. connecting was no problem but after a few days it lost connection agian.
i have te problem with 3 of my 4 hue bulb’s and also with the hue ledstrip.
