Ask the developer on Github… He is the only one who is able to answer this question
Saw there that the question is already asked twice and a long standing issue. So probably not being picked up.
What I do not understand crom homey is why they rely on the community for this. Hue is about the biggest brand you can get. Why not natively support this?
I kind of understand you cant maintain everything, but this gives a weird feeling for me. Spend a ton on good equipment and an installer and still get these quircky issues.
Cudo’s to the devloper for this app, just more the. Surprised it had to come from the community to start with.
I guess ill look for a different brand switch if it exists at all considering switching the homey out is a step too far at this point.
Same issue here, after network connection broken a few times I decided to remove all my Hue lights, switches etc. from the Hue bridge and add them to Homey so my house can be “used” even without network connection. Got everything working except for the Wall switches, only one side works (input one), the other one shows in the Homey app, you can program in a flow, but it doesn’t work…
I know for Zigbee2mqtt the solution is to keep pressing the first button while changing the button mode to 2 buttons in the web panel (this way your forcing the device to not go to sleep), haven’t tested it for this app but if that doesn’t work you could try moving to Zigbee2mqtt in docker with it’s matching homey app
i recently bougt 3 Filament Bulb White Ambient A60 E27 and they work with the app thank for developent.
but i do mis one cart if: the temperatuur of the light is change.
the then cart is already in the app but not the if cart.
ore am i not understanding it the right way?
@johan_bendz Hello Johan, Is it possible to add the LWG05 a GU10 spotlight
Thanks
Question, do the lights continue to function with this app during an internet outage?
Hello,
Is it correct that with a Hue Wall Switch Module, both ports cannot be used?
I added the Wall Switch Module in Homey, and two devices are then added, the switch and a second output.
In the switch settings, I selected that a double push button is connected.
However, no matter which of the two buttons I press, only output 1 is triggered, even when using output 2.
Is there a solution for this, or does it simply not work?
I have the same issue, both switches are using the same output.
Hi there
I really need the power on behavior to work. It is not possible to set it under advanced settings. I am using a 12V bulb called LCG003.
If I add it to a Hue Bridge, I can set the behavior and it works fine. The question is if I can connect it back to Homey Pro without resetting this behavior?
If I delete the bulb in the Hue app, it lost the behavior setting.
I can add the Hue bridge to Homey and use the Hue app, but I think it is waste of power having a Hue Bridge running when everything else is working fine without it.
Any solutions you might suggest?
Kind regards, Claus
In order to connect the bulb to Homey, the current binding to the Hue bridge must be removed. Eighther by removing the bulb from the bridge or by resetting the bulb. While resetting the bulb the setting will be reset too, appearantly also when removing.
Yes that is what it looks like. So question is if there is a “enter pairing mode”, that does not perform a full reset.
No.
Is the developer still active? Would like to have the ‘Contact Sensor’ fixed. Saw a couple of issues in GitHub but no activity.
No one knows.
