hi, please NOUS L14 has an integrated flow meter. Is it possible to get this data into Homey?
Hi I’m trying to connect the smart socket A1Z, but it keeps getting added as an unknown zigbee device, anyone knows why?
Hi soren_flinker,
Your device may have a Device ID not recognized in Nous App at this time.
Can you give me the Constructor ID and Product ID you’ll find in your unknown device advanced settings ?
I’ll add it in a new test version.

SoPhos
Hi Soren_Flinker,
I just published a new test version (2.16.2) for your device ID :
Can you try it and tell me if it’s Ok ?
Yes, pretty sure, Constructor ID should be the same for a pack as it’s certainly been produced with the same chip model.

SoPhos
After installing the experiential version, when adding your device, did you select the existing NOUS app in the list of suggested (= installed) apps, instead of Homey determining the app for you? In the latter case I suspect that Homey downloads the latest stable version. Which is not the one you want.

Nice!
I don’t think I would have thought about that but it should be the case…

Any chance for Nous C1 Wireless 4 button switch compatibility?
I am enrolling all Nous devices in the Tuya Zigbee app. I don’t see added value of the separate Nous app
Hi Karhadras85,
Yes, I’m waiting for this device from Nous to integrate it. So, be patient, it’ll coming soon.

Hi everyone,
A new version of Homey Nou App has just been published in test.
Because some Nous A7Z device return a voltage value with a 10x factor, this version adds an option on Nous Smart Socket A7Z to divide voltage value by 10.
If you have a voltage value higher than 2000V, just activate this option in your device settings to get it to the correct value.
Thank you Fred for your help on solving this issue. ![]()

Hi Serge and others,
I’ve bought three Nous A7Z plugs and tried to connect them to Homey. I installed the Nous app and selected the A7Z as the device I’d like to pair.
The plugs are found by Homey, but they are not recognized as Nous A7Z devices. Instead, they are added as basic, generic Zigbee devices. While switching works perfectly this way, the energy monitoring functionality doesn’t work at all.
Could it be that my Nous A7Z plugs have a different manufacturer identifier than what is currently configured in the app? Please see the attached screenshots for the specific identifier info of my plugs.
Thanks!
Koen
