Try removing the device and readding it. The examples in the app needs to be re-created after the fix.
Thanks @Gal_Carmeli , removing and re-adding the device solved the problem!
@Jan_Penning -
Glad to hear that!
I just released the fix to the public version: 2.0.19.
If you are still on the test-version, please reinstall the app from the regular public link at: Nibe MyUplink App for Homey | Homey
Thanks again for reporting the issue and for helping me testing the fix!
Hello Gal,
I would like to use Homey to control the minimum temperature used for passive cooling related to RH or dew point (to be obtained via a weather app). Iâve got your app working fine, but I canât find a function related to menu-item 1.9.3.2 (where the minimum temperature for cooling is set). Is there a way to add this menu function so I can change it via a flow?
Hi Rene,
Sorry for my late response - I was very busy at work last week, and it seems like its going to continue to the next week as well.
I will be back to normal around August 27th, and then we can work together on the issue.
Sorry for that, I will contact you on the last week of August.
Thatâs fine Gal. Iâll see your reaction.
Hi Gal!
First of all: THANK YOU! As I were one of the people requesting this app and then didnât notice your amazing work until just recently I am in your debt.
But I have a question. I have made a working flow turning of and on the datapoint â4.1 /Min anläggning/Driftläge/Värmeâ - that is heat in Swedish - turning it off or on using value 1 for on and 0 for off. But when I try to read the value it seams to not return 1 or 0. Do you hav any idea on how to read that datapoint?
@Magnus_Ljungkvist - Glad to hear you like the app
Did you try adding this datapoint to the capabilities? If not, please add it to the capabilities pane by entering the device configuration window and copying the exact name of the datapoint to one of the capabilities there.
Let me know how it goes.
@Rene_S -
Sorry for the delay, I am now able to try and solve the problem you raised.
Can you please allow me access to your device, so I can add it to my Homey and see the problem?
I promise I will not change any configuration or setting of your device without coordinating with you first.
In order to allow me to access your device:
- Go to MyUplink website
- On the top menu, choose System â System Profiles
- On the left menu choose âSecurityâ
- Add my email as a âManagerâ or an âAdminâ
Well, it worked just fine putting the menu item â4.1 /Min anläggning/Driftläge/Värmeâ as a capability. But it only shows the value 0 wether or not its on or off.
The interesting thing is that Iâve made a flow that functions and turns on heat - värme - by setting the value to 1. But it does not report as a data point. Strange I think. But Iâm no engineer. Any ideas, he asked humbly?
Magnus
Today NIBE closed old Uplink, so here I go.
For my F370 the datapoint "Int elec add heatâ seems to point to Int. el.add. State while I would need Int. el.add. Power here?
43084 Int. el.add. Power Current power from the internal electrical addition
43091 Int. el.add. State Number of steps active for internal step-controlled addition
Could it be changed?
Dear Gal_Carmeli
Here maybe is Another use of your Homey MyUplink app. I have the new 4th gen. smart Ceteherm Pioneer heating and hot water central installed that is controlled by the NIBE MyUplink app using my android phone or google home . Have you locked into that as well if this can be supported as it is in the google home ? My mail is lars.herrnsdorf@gmail.com
@Lars_Herrnsdorf - If your device can be controlled by the MyUplink website, it will also be available in my Homey app.
Did you try adding your device by using Homey my app?
Hi, sorry for a silly question , I may have used the wrong homey app , what is your exact name of your app when searching in the homey store ?
Best Regards
Lars
I start to get it working , I have used the wrong app !! , starting to get values , have to se what make the values updating
Glad to hear. Let me know if any issues arise.
Thanks guys - I just have connected the app myUplink app to my new Nibe S1255. Dashboard is OK and flows are also working. Iâm wondering to do more e.g. read the produced thermal heat and the consumed electric power (new in NIBE SW 3.3), calculate the COP and for sure using flows to force AUX inputs to shift the output temperature. Finally I have to end up the heat pump absorbing the eccess solar energy injected in the grid. Iâm ready to contribute as test partner, I also have the myUplink premium access.
Hi Gal_Carmeli
Did you try adding your device by using Homey my app?
Yes I did and follow your instructions on your Homey app page . I was succefully to get my Cetetherm Pioneer recognized but I still have problem that the data values is not updating (only once 16 hour ago ) but that can maybe be related to the myUplink itself . Since I have the Cetetherm I wonder what is needed to add other data values than BT1 to BT10, As an example if I want to know the actual " warmwater out " value (BT38 in Celcius . I attached the values I can read from my myUplinkPro Web page for my system . I hope you can tell me if it is possible to read other values the BT1 to BT10 ones ?!
Best Regards
Lars Herrnsdorf
Hi @Lars_Herrnsdorf,
You can add any datapoint you would like by using the device settings button.
You can take a look at this post for a detailed explanation on how to do so:
