I have on both Homey’s Power by the Hour installed.
But the Watermeter was not added to HP23. Now I added it.
Problem solved.
The problem was me. 
And they both named Watermeter in my HP19.
At HP23 they are called Watermeter and Watermeter_Σ water.
Did not renamed them.
