Hey Menno,
Thx for the answer anyway! But i figured it out using Tasker (a whole new world is opening up!) so now it works perfectly!
@Joris_Vandamme I have found a solution!
Thanks to martijnpoppen (God bless him and his work <3), we now have an Apple Find My Device integration that enables you to retrieve latitude and longitude directly via API.
Pay attention to one thing: I have initially created a flow with the card āWhen Longitude changesā but this field updates itself too quickly so I ran out of API calls to the HERE API XD
Just use the card āevery x minutesā
@Luca_Lorenzi
Thank you for this information.
In the meantime, I have already tested this app, but unfortunately, there are some downsides, such as receiving a lot of emails stating that your Apple ID has been used. And the biggest downside is that it drains your battery very fastā¦
To mitigate this, you can use the set server interval flowcard. With this card, you can reduce the calls and, for example, turn it off at night.
I set this every 15min according to my flow. This will drain less battery
For the emails you can set a mailbox rule⦠but this could remove visibility to real unauthorized login. If I have a smarter solution I will write to you
Iāve installed the app on a HP 2019, version 12.1.2. After installing iāve configured the API key. However when starting to configure the then flowcard i got a empty screen without any then cards. Does anyone have an idea what is going wrong?
Homey has Limited some cards to advanced flow only.
So i guess itās a issue that they created in the app.
In case the flow is not starting while everything else is working, then macodroid doesnāt have access to your location. When youāve set macodroid up for the first time, add a location trigger first to set the required access to your location. Remove the location trigger and then add the timer of every 15 minutes.
