Yeah all seems good except the timeouts.
Homey cannot connect to the camera somehow.

Only thing I can think of right now is to verify if Homey can reach those IP’s.

You could try netscan and see if Homey can find the IP
As far as I can tell from the logs. The cameras are not in the same network. :confused:

Hi there. Definitely the Cams and Homey are in the same Network. Checked again. Everything is running smoothly with the Indoor Cams. Only the Solocams are not working. Homey is receiving all the values like last movement detection, temperature and battery status.

The indoor cams are. Those are responding.
The Solocams are giving timeouts.
There’s nothing I can do from my end except telling that Homey can’t reach these ip’s:

192.168.1.58 / 192.168.1.152 / 192.168.1.188

The events are going via a different protocol and don’t need a internal connection. To control the camera you need a internal connection from Homey to each individual Solocam

It was definitely working last week after the 1st installation. Got my Homey before Christmas. The problems with the Solo Cams I have since the update of the app. This is the obly thing I can tell you. How I can proceed a Netscan? I‘m still new in the Homey world.

I replaced my doorbell with the Eufy wired 2k doorbell. The thing that doesn’t seem to work is turning the camera back on. From Homey turning the doorbell off (when we are outside) works. But turning it back on doesn’t seem to work.

The IP in the app settings is correct. This works fine for my 2 eufy battery cam’s through the homebase. Though not for the doorbell

Is this a known issue?

No not a known issue

Can you do the following:

  • turn doorbell off
  • turn doorbell on
  • send me a diagnostic report

More - apps - Eufy Security - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report

@Stefan_Lenders I don’t see any issues. Also the commands are sent properly.
Can you describe what goes wrong?

Best to check in the app settings if the IP is a local IP

Local op adres is ok, i toggle the light

Make sure to refresh the official Eufy app. Because the change is niet visible directly

Edit: you can also send me a report if you want

@Yannick_Eeckelaert theres a strange error. I would suggest to restart the app

Just restart the app nothing jet. Witch error?
Wil cheque when i am home. With the home base it works fine.

I don’t see anything strange.
Do the other Security modes work?

No non work, i wil try to delete the device en reinstall. IP adres is good. En fixed in modem.
