Ha. Problem was at my side. I unplugged the chime to check if there was indeed a sd card in it, then plug it back in. After that it has gotten a different IP adres.
I update the Eufy App accordingly an now it seems to work!
Let me test it a bit more, will get back to you later

You can try to fix the IP in your router so i won’t change any more

@Frank_van_de_Schuur does the chime also have alarm settings? The Homebase 2 has those. So might be good to check if that’s the same for the Homebase-Chime

I expect you can add other camera’s to it if you want. Like the Eufycam 2 and even the Keypad

Saw a lot of comments about a delayed stream url.
To speed up the stream you can do the following: (also added to the FAQ)
To Prevent delays: Make sure to set your Stream to Smart Display first. you can find this when you go to you camera settings → video quality → Streaming to Smart Display

Ik heb je ‘test’ versie geïnstalleerd. Maar hij vindt geen camera… de solo zit niet gekoppeld aan de homebase maar heeft een eigen IP. Ik denk vergelijkbaar met de deurbel?

No I didn’t. Just figured that out and I managed to add the solocam to the Homey (eufy app)
I looks like it works like a charm.

Just a question. Is the HomeBase (2) always needed or could you connect the following product to Homey as well? And if so are there any disadvantages using this product?
Hey @MarcoG,
That one is the same as the Battery doorbell 2k. Except it uses a Chime as a Homebase.
Functionality is the same.
Eufy is moving away from the Homebase it seems and moving to these chimes.
Disadvantage is wifi-only i think
