Allright… Restarted Homey, but still encounter issues.
Test Pipup:
Turns out that if you use the default image, the image can be used. But as soon as the notification image needs to be used, nothing happens…
Any chance it could be a resolution or file extension issue?

@MrBlue Just thinking. Does the telegrambot accept image tag or does it need to be an image_url?
@MrBlue Ah thats weird. I’ll also install pipup and test. Will let you know

I always use the image tag, just like I do for Pipup

Oh, and for the record: turns out Telegram has the same symptoms:
Yes same here, tried with Slack and also get an danger icon on the flowcard.
Going to investigate this…

@martijnpoppen Keep up the spirit!

Weird thing is that the Pipup flow doesn’t seem to fail, but it actually doesn’t show up on your tv.
For what it’s worth, the other apps all seem to fail under invalid_content_type
Hi, is there also an alternative for LG tv perhaps?

Depends on the model. If you have a more recent tv running AndroidTV OS, you can likely install Pipup for these kind of messages, but that’s not related to Eufy itself.

LG has it’s on WEB os. I now use it with chromecast.
Works fine but with a small picture in the corner of the tv would be nicer.

Ah that makes sense. Not working on the app today. Will check tomorrow

So actually I did work on the app today
Version 1.6.2 is in test.
Changed the image to a node-fetch implementation. Now it works.
Seems like when you have person detection the image is zoomed in and cropped so the thats why the content_type is changing. With this fetch implementation it works. Tried with a slack notifier.
@Szergely so the images size is unknown, but the biggest size is: 768 × 432 for the Pan&Tilt not sure about the doorbell. Easiest way to check is sending a message to slack/telegram and download it.
Let me know if it works !

You are a true hero!
I can confirm images are working with v1.6.2
For the 2k doorbell it’s 800x600 in my case.
So @martijnpoppen , what will be next on the list?

@martijnpoppen cool!
Did Eufy ever shared a public API? Quite curious to browse a bit to understand the possibilities.
@Szergely Correct. 2k battery, even though I wired it up.
