Yeah but it’s not about the Homebase notifications, but the ones for your doorbell and security mode.
So best to check: If there’s motion or any other event do you receive a notification from the official eufy app?

Hmm weird.
Can you send a diagnostic report?
Dear Martijn,
I have the new Outdoor Cam Pro. Do you need information to add it?
Thanks!
Diagnostic rapport has been sent.

Thanks.
Thank you,
I see the issue. Will make a fix for it
Thanks
@martijnpoppen is it possible to get the quick response activated faster, there is a delay for about 9 seconds after triggering the response. (wired doorbell)
All features which were in test are now released to the live version of the app.

I have noticed it before but today it happened again.
When the alarm is manually set on the keypad it is not always recognized by eufy in homey.
Just a few minutes ago I got a message that the last person has left and the alarm was set manually on the keypad to away
In Homey I have a virtual alarm modus and that was still set as home.
When I run a flow with the and card security mode is away it does not run because it is not seen as away apperently.
When you restart the app the default security mode is set. So Homey is not in sync with Eufy. You can check that when you long press the Homebase Tile. So to prevent that you can manually set it in Homey the first time.
I have it on the to do list to sync these things on startup
Hi,
updated to the latest version and now i‘m confussed. see two motion-options:
What is the difference of this two options for motion, not person.
One more question:
If you already have a Flow with Homey-Device-Card and the option “If battery status changes”, is the battery status of the camera reported here or do you have to create a separate flow for each camera?
Thanks for Help.
Hey @CyberSponk
The first one is generic. This Will trigger on anything. Even if you didn’t create a flow for it. This allows zone activitity. For example for Heimdall.
I added this to include it in Heimdall.
So if your camera detects motion and persons and you want something to trigger on both of these you can use this flow card
The battery status is reported to homey. So if you have a generic card for that it will trigger that too
