my work around for the current issue, is to use tasker on my phone to forward notifications from eufy to homey via a webhook, at least as a temporary workaround

Is there a way to make the Homey Pro Eufy Cam see faces scanned from the HomeBase 3? and use those faces for automation? so that the camera sees the face and the automation is triggered.

And currently it’s not possible to receive events and images at all due to issues in the API

my point is that although my Eufy integration stopped functioning last night, it works again after having it repaired from the homey app. Logging in with region NL made it work again. Apparently the region was set to EU, which does not function anymore.
With this solution, Homey is again able to trigger te security mode such as Away and Home based on our presence. Also, Eufy reports back to Homey correctly.
Maybe this works because you have made a change. In any case, I’d like to thank you for all your efforts.

First, thank you for a very nice app which has been working excellent since I installed in in January.
Unfortunately the Eufy Security app has since update yesterday damaged my flows.
I use the flows to have my Sonos system to speak and tell me to remember to disarm the security alarm when I come home.
My understanding is that since the update to 3.41.5 the flows do not understand the Eufy Homebase state (home or away), and therefore the flows are not working correct.
I created a diagnostic report a few minutes ago.
Possible to fix?
@Cmoret currently there are multiple things going on. I didn’t change anything unfortunately as there’s not much to change at the moment. In the background I’m working with other developers on a complete rewrite of the eufy landscape as that is what eufy is doing as well. But it will take a lot of time
@pettan_69 it’s not due to the update.

As per the notes, my Eufy devices are no-longer sending notifications via Homey. My doorbell and floodlight are affected. Below is the diags for reference.

Okay, understand. I just made that assumption as everything has been working smooth less since I started using the app in January and everything stopped working since the update yesterday and the notifications from Eufy to Homey seems silent

Yeah, I have seen that so am hoping its resolved soon as its stopped a while ago now.
thanks. is it possible to come up with something with flow so that when the camera sees my face, it unlocks the door lock?

But yes when that’s resolved you can use the existing flow cards to recognise yourself.
@martijnpoppen and when will it theoretically be possible to use camera faces to unlock flow locks?
