[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

I have an S380, and selects the homebase 3.

On my Mac and I can’t get past the login in screen, on my phone I can get to the security question during login.

But I can’t get to the point where I actually gets the devices into Homey.

Is there a know browser problem or something else to be aware of?

I have a Eufy S330 doorbell on a Homebase 3. When I try to integrate face recognition into my flows, the recognized person is not properly updated. For hours/days the response in Homey is always the same person when I press the doorbell, even though the Eufy app properly recognized the person. Any suggestion how to fix this?

@Christian_Kubel I don’t see anything related to a detection in the report. Please make sure to immediately send a report after recognition. Reports are capped of by Homey

Any timeline for the HomeBase Professional S1?

Thank you for all the great work.

My Doorbell 2k went to the heavens and I wanted to replce it. Locally it is no longer sold so I had to switch to the newer C31.

I’ve looked up what has been posted about the C31 doorbell and saw you were waiting for a new SDK. Is this still the case?

Suddenly all my eufy cameras stopped showing the events on the dashboards, and when looking at the events on the cameras in Homey eufy app it’s just a black picture. In official eufy app there is a picture.

Tested restart app and restart of Homey.

Can you see what’s wrong?

Cameras: 3x S340, 1x E340, 2x S330

Here is the code directly after ringing the doorbell. However, no person was recognized.

Repaired the camera, restarted the eufy app and triggered a motion detection. No picture shows on the camera.

Yes, it was when I triggered motion on the S340 and I can see it shows the motion icon in Homey. But no picture.

Have you had time to look at my diagnostics report?

I have also tried with updating Homey to 13.2.0, still no image from the events.

I can see that the tablets try to show something, but it just a black image.

My Imou cameras works via ONVIF so the tablets can still show images.

Sorry for taking your time, I’m stuck with no clue what to do.
