@martijnpoppen do you know if there is a way when there is an activity on the eufy doorbell homey or the tablet will start the regular eufy app with the live streamand after let say 30 seconds no activity the homey dashboard returns?

Thank you. It’s a shame that this doesn’t work with the camera. However, the button in the app to control the light is displayed.

I recently bought an Eufy camera set including a S380 home base and some Eufy cameras S4. Now I am trying to integrate the Eufy system into Homey Pro wich I can do with the home base but I am not able to find the Camera S4.

Is there any update planned so that also camera integrations works?

I have seen that and the status has been the same for quite a long time.

Should i read it as it’s not possible at the moment thanks to a technical matter?

@Andreas_Stranke yes that’s what is says it currently not possible. Not sure how to formulate it differently. If the status would be different I would have updated that post :wink:

Do anyone know what cameras the snapshot feature works on? For me the snapshot work or don’t work on this cameras. All connected through Homebase 3.

  • Solocam S340. Works
  • eufyCam 2C Pro. Works
  • Doorbell E340 on battery. Don’t work
  • Indoor Pan/Tilt 2K. Don’t work

Are there any settings that I need to have in Homey or Eufy app?

@jonorland if they are connected to a homebase 3 they should work
