No, In Homey you always have to add your devices manually.
If you delete something and it doesnt work, try restarting the app.
I was able to integrate the sensors after restarting the application. thank you !
Is it possible to send image captures of the sensors at a chosen time?

I have created some flows to have a group of Google Home working as a siren that I would like to share for those who are interested. Working like a charm for me.
For example when homebase 2 is in away mode and the door contact of my bedroom is opened the homebase will siren but with these flows also my three Google Home devices will do that.
When the homebase is set to home mode the siren will stop.
I use these flows for multiple door contact and sensors in my house.
