Yes, can confirm. Had to verify the part about resetting the alarm when motion triggers the alarm again. Found out that’s the case here as well.

The camera you were trying to add was a Solocam E40, that’s a different model ( Eufy logic..)

Trying to install 3.41.3. I can see the app on my homey but when restarting the app it says that the app is not installed and I cannot add devices.

Update: Just found the answer Homey Status

Unfortunately, seems like the Eufy app is one of the apps involved:

“ Upon further investigation, the issues with app installations and auto-updates appear to be limited to a few specific apps, rather than affecting all apps as initially reported.”

I experience the same: new test version of the app installed, but every device show a red exclamation mark. The app can’t be restarted, “Not installed” is the error message.

I seam to have gotten some odd behavior with camera RTSP lagging like nuts with the last version. (3.41.3) It is like showing every other xxx frame with a second or 2 between.

@Roger_Gorissen probably because it got recently updated. I asked Athom if a new release would help in this matter.

@Teddy nothing changed for RTSP. Do you see the same behaviour in a regular media player (e.g. VLC?)

Just made a new release of the app and that should fix the installation issue. Also informed Athom about it :slight_smile:

No vlc and eufy’s own app flow without issues.

I created a virtual cam based on athoms own driver and that does the same behavior as inside the app. Going to test restarting my homey.

@Teddy might be the webrtc proxy Athom recently introduced

App crashed. I get this message when restarting it:

Reinstalled… everything works fine :grin:. Incidental hick-up.

Hope the wrong motion messages stay away with this version. That’s why you released it. Keep you informed.
