[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

Hi @martijnpoppen. It happens inconsistently across the cameras. After restarting Homey or the app, the set of cameras that have these flow cards unavailable changes. Some cameras that were unavailable before suddenly become available again, while others stop working.

When I get a bit of time, I’ll try pulling the repository from GitHub and running it locally via Docker to see if anything shows up in the logs.

@Jodk can you share the device type?

As you have quite some cameras it’s hard to see it in the logs

Would be nice if you can do a local build to debug :+1:t3:

Make sure to run it with ‘homey app run —remote’ not the dockerized version

@Jodk That’s the model name, can you share the device type ? (first 5 digits of serial number starting with a T for example: T8143)

@Jodk that’s a battery doorbell. So make sure to add it like that

Haha, OMG. I can’t believe that was the issue. I’ve installed it as wired, so thus tried adding it that way.

Hi Martijn,

I recently got a Homey Pro and have been using a Eufy system for a while. Today I connected the HomeBase 2 and the battery doorbell. I’ve noticed that motion detection no longer seems to work, even though it’s enabled in both the HomeBase and the doorbell.

Is it possible that I still need to change some settings?

Eufy 2k doorbell battery but wired.
Error report: 85cb7150-c8a0-4e24-96c9-58551b23d832 homey part was working (earlier) but it seemed to stop some time ago, I downloaded the Beta App. I am now again trying to get the person detection working again. App seems stuck with YES - Any event alarm on. And no funk on the trigger like motion detected or person detected. Also tag Person does not seem availiable, see foto.

The snaphoot function is not working any more, it goes to Timeout error

Please install the live version and check if that works

Edit: did this ever work before? as far as i see it’s not supported on your SHS

It works, bur not 100%

@Viorel keep in mind homey has to start a steam every time, so it takes a while to take a snapshot.

also strange that it works, as in the logs i do see quite some errors which are related to SHS. Will check that.

Can you send a new report with the LIVE version?

However i still see SHS errors. On what type of device are you running SHS?
