The notifications service is not connecting
Try to repair the device or a different account
Also make sure there’s nothing in the network which might blocks this

I cannot see what or how to repair, as other flows, i.e., ‘vehicle detected’ is working.
@Shaba49 if vehicle detection works make sure to check your notifications settings for the camera inside the eufy app on your phone

Person and vehicle alerts are coming in via the Eufy app; it’s just Homey not picking up the person ones.
@Shaba49 it’s not possible that 1 detection is coming in in Homey and the other not. It’s all or nothing. But maybe you can share your flow?
The Snapshot Flowcard not work: Time out waiting for Snapshot on all my Cams any Idear why? For 1 Weeks it works without Probleme.

Hi, I’ve integrated my Eufy cameras (indoor cameras and S330) using the Eufy app community app and activated RTSP. Unfortunately, after a while, I can no longer access the stream in Homey. If I open the camera in the Eufy app, it works again in Homey. I suspect the cameras are going into sleep mode. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? I can’t find the relevant setting. All wired cameras are set to “continuous recording” in the Eufy app.
@martijnpoppen is your best bet. However in my experience, its Eufy that lets things down.
Eufy have just replaced my camera because RTSP settings destroyed it.
Ive had a Homebase and a doorbell replaced too. Sole really strange firmware issues that even Eufy could not resolve.
With RTSP running on my E340 it stoped AI tracking. It forced the light on permanently (even when set to off/black and white) and it stopped all notifications
My doorbell then staryed playing up and would not stop saying “Hi can i help you” it was stuck in a loop!
Their hardware seems good. Their software needs work.
Less time ramming adverts and surveys and more time making decent software
