[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

@Marcel_Kolsteeg So this is a Eufy issue and not really a Homey issue. If you don’t receive notificaitons from Eufy on your phone neither would Homey receive them. SO this is something to check with Eufy.

There are arleady multiple reports here, but nothing I can do about it

All the notification options are enabled.

I do get a notification on my phone when the doorbell is pressed but not when a door is opened/closed

How is this an Eufy issue? I get a notification when the doorbell is pressed and this notification also ends up on Homey.

The notification of the doorsensors do not end up on Homey but in Google Home I can see that the doors are open or closed

@Marcel_Kolsteeg Because you mentioned that you aren’t receiving door-sensor notifications on your phone from the official Eufy app, Then Homey also won’t receive them. This indicates that the issue lies with Eufy, not Homey.

Since last eufy app update:

Removed Eufy app now everything back to normal.

Please can you fix this Homey pro 2019

@Adri1 Without a diagnostic report I’ll be unable to help you. Please provide that

Next to that, this is not a Eufy Security error but your Homey saying that a database is full. I would recommend to restart your Homey as that will clear up the memory.
SQLITE_FULL most of the time means your Homeys memory or data is full. Restarting would be the first best action

I reset twice the homey and after about 20 hrs again same msg.

Someone else has the same problem and found out that the Eufy app was updated.

Removed Eufy app and till now it works okay.

I send you tomorrow a report( is this possble because your app is not at my device?)

@Adri1 No you can’t send a report if you don’t have the app installed.
But i would encourage you to contact Homey support. This is out of my hands I can’t influence the Homey Database

I switched from Home Assistant to Homey pro not to long ago and I’m trying to get my Eufy system working.

I user version v.3.39.8 of your app.
I use a Home Base 3, 2x eufyCam S3 Pro 2, 2x Indoor Cam E220 and a Doorbell E340.

Adding the Home Base and all the equipment with a second account on Eufy is no problem. Everything is found really quick, with and without 2FA.

The S3 show a temperature that is not correct.

But all streams show;

I must be doing something wrong and appreciate any help.

I got the same issue with the S3 Pro since the last update. Didn’t changed any setting, worked before :frowning: Same setup with E340 still works.

Strangly the event image on the S3 Pro works, only the snapshot is showing always the placeholder image. a0948a43-617b-4655-9ad4-1d64b3570e1d

And you have a flow for your snapshot?

Yes and yes! As mentioned before, I had it working for weeks, nothing changed in either the flows or in Eufy.

@Dennis_Scholing please try the following

  • restart the eufy app in homey
  • After restart take a snapshot
  • Send a diagnostic report

No more problems with Homey — today I reinstalled the Eufy app.

HomeBase 2 and two EufyCam 2 Pro cameras worked without any issues.

But when I added the battery doorbell 1080/2K as the last device, Homey immediately crashed with the same error.

I reset Homey, removed everything related to Eufy, and reset Homey again just to be sure.

Installed the Eufy app, and the two cameras worked fine again.

I think something goes wrong with the doorbell after the latest update of the Eufy app.
