Now it seem to work, a bit slow detection but at least it works. Thanks!

any info on how to set up RTSP in homey for the E340 doorbell and E340 floodlight, I donā€™t see those options in the available flow cards

@Ronwell RTSP can only be enabled in Eufy app itself. Only thing the Eufy app in Homey does is reading the stream and passing that to the dashboards

Hi Martijn,

Thank you for all your work, I use several of your apps. I encounter an issue within one of my flows.

SETUP
WHEN (hue contact alarm turned on) AND (Presence xxx is at home) THEN (trigger chime Clock).

ISSUE
Whatever sound I set, it always plays my general doorbell sound. As I am using this to warn us when someone comes around the back door, it is very confusing that it sounds like someoneā€™s at the front door.

DEVICE
S380 HomeBase (this is also the one I am using as chime in this case)

QUESTION
Is there anything I am doing wrong? Is there a limitation to the setup? Or is this a bug?

If you need any more info, please let me know.

Short answer, nothing wrong on your side.

Homebase 2 could do the different chimes
Homebase 3 I canā€™t get it working, it never did,

So itā€™s always a doorbell sound

I have similar issues with my door sensors as someone mentioned earlier. I donā€™t receive notifications of them in Homey.
I also have a doorbell and from this I do receive notifications (and since last update also images) in Homey

I donā€™t receive notifications for the sensors on my phone although itā€™s configured to do so. I remember I did something on my phone to disable the notifications on my phone since I didnā€™t want the notification but that was something on my phone and not in the Eufy app since the last would kill the notifications being send to Homey. I canā€™t remember what I did to my (Android) phone because it would give me something to test. reinstalling the Eufy app on my phone didnā€™t fix it.

On my Android, itā€™s settings ā†’ notifications ā†’ app notifications. There you can suppress or unsuppress app notifications. Your are right, suppressing Eufy notifications in Android does not affect notifications from the app to Homey.

can it help if I get an homebase 3 and connect only that. Will i be able to change the security mode then without the battery drain issues?
