@Geert1992 If both are the same then itâs not the issue.
Did you use a separate account for Eufy in Homey than the account on your phone?
Yes I did, do I need to? Will try using the same account for now.
Strange enough, it all stopped working. A few days ago I had 0 issues
@Geert1992 no you need 2 different accounts, just asking questions to find a possible issue ![]()
Can you try to restart the app and/or Homey?
Already tried, also, i removed the power cord out of the woonkamer cam, and plugged it in again.
Even restarted the home base.
I just logged in the homey account in the eufy app, all settings are the same compared to my second account.
Im a bit clue less. Shall I try to reinstall the devices in homey?
@Geert1992 can you restart the app and send a diagnostic report? unplugging the cameras doesnât affect anything in this case
Do I need to trigger it? Or can I just send a report?
Many thanks for your help soo far.
@Geert1992 restart the app. after restart send a report

@Geert1992 thanks. From what I can see is that your network is blocking the call to the push notifcation service. Or something in your network. Any changes recently?
Thank you for your help.
Not that I know, i will disable my dns server, and will restart, and make a report once more.

Already whitelisted all trafic to all cams, but now its disabled completely.
The doorbell notifications with app still working fine
@Geert1992 still not, this is a call to android.clients.google.com so not a local call.
What you can try is create a extra separate account for Eufy and see if that works when you login. Most of the time that works for this issue

Many thanks! Did exactly that, atill dns disabled.
New Account linked to homey.
@Geert1992 I see a successful api call now
@martijnpoppen youâre the best. Many thanks!
Maybe smart to put that in the faq as final solution?
@Geert1992 will do! Glad it works!!
If you get the Govee version you can use it with Homey.
Iâm having the same problem again where seniors arenât recognized in Homey, e.g., for opening and closing doors.
In the app, itâs set to send notifications as you described, and the Eufy log also shows, for example, that the door is open or closed, but Homey says it hasnât been used for 3 months.
I have already changed the country to German.
Push notifications are selected.
In the Android settings, all items related to notifications are enabled.

Edit: All sensors are functioningâmotion sensor, doorbell, and camerasâexcept for the access sensors. I noticed that I donât receive any notifications from the Eufy app when I open or close them. There are six sensors, and according to the app, the batteries are fine. In the Eufy app log, I can see that they have been opened or closed, but I donât receive any notifications even though this option is selected.
