Iām sorry to disturb the party again
. This morning was a quick check and I tought everything worked on the experimental app.
Went back and forth with the experimental and stable update a couple of times.
Looks like the snapshot works in experimental now, but the event still doesnāt. Live feed works.
In the stable version it just works as always.

The experimental has a nice advantage that everything is local instead of remote snapshots ![]()

I have question about RTSP
When I enable RTSP on Eufy App quality of a stream downgrades to 1080p.
I wanted to ask if recordings are also downgraded or not and still in 4k? I canāt find this info anywhere ![]()

I have one more question.
Is this a common problem that Live streams force close Homey app after full screen option and when I rotate phone horizontally?
Full screen option in Live stream on Eufy app on Homey is working vertically but picture is stretched to full screen and it looks bad. If I rotate my phone horizontally to see it in landscape Homey app force closes all the time.
@Lukasz_Kostek I experienced that as well. I thought it was related to the camera quality, couldnāt reproduce it with lower quality cameras
@martijnpoppen Iām pleased to report that v3.39.6 is definitely not draining my battery and that person detections are coming through to Homey OK.
IHowever, battery and temperature updates are not getting to Homey any more. Itās ironic that the only reason I was monitoring the battery was over concern about charging - worse, when it fully discharged the first time, I didnāt notice until the doorbell stopped working.
So, Iām not bothered about the lack of battery and temperature updates (Iām now using a more accurate way to measure external temperature) but thought youād want to know.

The update for battery and temp changed from 10 minutes to 1 hour to preserve battery. Maybe I can make that configurable in the futurue
Hi Martijn. I have a working 4G LTE S330 - T86p2 and am happy to help.
Is it correct that ādoorbell pressedā is not working? I donāt have a homebase so when this function is not working the doorbell is not able to alert me inside the house. What can I do?
@VidarK at the moment itās really hard to debug the devices due to some changes on the Eufy side. I need quite some time to figure that out. When Iām ready to do so iāll contact you!

Couple of things to try:
My guess it works after 1 or 2. if it doesnāt please send a diagnostic report.
