@KestasM just to clarify are you asking for help or just stating it not works? Because that’s not clear to me

I ask for help and I really want the Eufy Cam 2 Pro response and trigger Motion and I can create automatics. And now Motion only works only with Eufy App or Homekit. while Homey Pro does not see Motion action and inactive .. The camera also shows a red light that triggers the motion movement. What do I do to make Homey pro doing well CAM 2 Pro? Is my camera old and nothing to do?
@KestasM so couple of things we can check
- Try to repair the device in Homey and make sure to select the correct country, this was changed a while ago and can cause motion events not to come in
- If that doesn’t change make sure to check what type of motions are enabled in your camera (go to notification settings of the camera)
And no your camera is not too old
Hi. I see that this app is each time increasing in memory usage, currently 95MB which is a lot as Homey Pro has only 2000MB to give but in reality starts to stutter at 10% free. I have just a homebase, 2 cams and a doorbell, I dont use the pictures, just switch status for Homebase and cameras. I don’t understand why this app consumes more than double of what other apps use. What can we do to lower the memory usage of this app? Is it possible to release a lean version?
@CasperV I assure you I tried many things to reduce memory
But it’s just the eufy library which is really heavy
Nothing I can do to lower that
But a periodic restart of the app might help lower memory
Also keep in mind this is a reversed engineered integration and is not official from eufy

I tried and it still didn’t work 
- I re-logged into homey pro with the country location.
- eufy apps - turn on notifications home and away.
homey pro eufy app - no reaction, old movements are visible.

@KestasM can you make sure there’s movement and after that send a diagnostic report?
Thanks. It seems to have recovered for now! Thanks, I’ll see if it gets stuck. But the Philips Hue Pro doesn’t work with the Homey Pro, so I can’t check the automation now..

@KestasM glad it works! make sure to check all of your security modes, might be that 1 doesn’t have notifications enabled, and when you switch modes it might look like it’s not working

@martijnpoppen I saw that there are no devices in my second Eufy account. I want to see if I can add them first when I am back home. Don’t want to waste your time with stupdity…

@martijnpoppen I came a little further in the process, now had to enter the Capcha. But ended with a inifinity running wheel. Process didn’t continue.

Is it possible to change mode to away for all cameras?
I want to change my Home to ”away” not Evert camera.

@Derbyboy If you get a homebase 3 that would be possible.
Otherwise you have to run the separate cards. Same as you have to in the Eufy app on your phone
Hi I guess it is not possible to make snapshot with the c210 standalone? just get the default image with no content. Workflow: triggered manually for testing
@Hamzty You are sending the event image after you made a snapshot, that won’t work ofcourse. See FAQ Q14 [APP][Pro] Eufy Security - #4 by martijnpoppen - Apps - Homey Community Forum for examples
Also when using regular flows make sure to have a timeout, as a snapshot takes around 4 till 6 seconds

Thanks for your response. the problem was I had to activate the snapshot-feature in homey app, I thought I had to do it in the eufy app… 
is it possible to take several snapshots in a short amount of time? I plan to put the cam in my fridge door and I need to implement a best shot feature on a raspberry before sending it to homey. so the idea is to make some shots while a movement of the door is recognized and than pick the best one.
