The Doorbell is connected to Homebase3 number 1, but I want the sound on Homebase3 number 2.
I just did a test from the webapp and got this error message, so I guess it will never work.
@VictorvanHillo yes, exactly what the error message says, you canât trigger a chime without having a doorbell connected to that homebase. That was possible in the past but not anymore

Iâve read back a bit in the thread but unfortunately havenât found any answer.
I switched from Homey Pro 2019 to Homey Pro 2023 a few months ago.
Since then, unfortunately, changing the security mode on my homebase 2 has not worked via the flows in Homey that I have that worked perfectly with my old Homey.
If I go into the Eufy app and manually change the security mode between home/away, it works, but my flows no longer solve it.
Any idea how to solve it?

Are homey and the Homebase in the same local network?
Yes they are.
Always have been. Both with my old Homey and my new one.

Ihave the same problem but my homebase is in the cabin and not in the homey network can it be therfore it dosent work ? it works when i change the mode manually in homey but not in a flow //A
You mean in the Homey network? How do I check this?
Both devices are connected to the same deco mesh hotspot and I only have one network.

@ducken just to double check, does it work when you change the security mode in the device tile in Homey?
No, it doesnât seem to work. Tried to remove Homebase from Homey and add it again but I canât change security status on the homebase through the Homey and the tile there.
@ducken can you send a new report after trying?
