It stops checking with the second person.
But i don’t need this flow.

@naehle not a Eufy error.
I read it’s a IPV6 Homey error which can result in app not installed issues. Disabling IPV6 should resolve that
You can try to install the latest version again via the app store.
But best is to get in touch with Homey support as it is a generic issue

However, IPv6 is not enabled on my UniFi UCG, unless there more than one, well hidden place to enable it.
Edit: There actually is more then one spot, but both are set to disable….

In phone app I’m logged to Slovenia. Now Slovenia is also available in Log form. But problem still persists. I get this message:
I registered new user in eufy app and shared device with him with admin permission, but also unsuccessful in login to this new user.
What could still be wrong?

I have some C220 cams connected to my Homebase S380 and they are working correct via de native Eufy app on mu phone.
Now I want to control the cams via Homey but noticed that the switch to nightvision is not working. Anyone an idea how to fix this?

Is it at your side also possible to build a delay in the code (a few seconds) for receiving the data from the official eufy app/platform?
I have tested the flows for two days and in Homey everything works perfect. But i see that the official eufy app takes a few seconds to recognize the known persons with his ai model. Unfortunately, your app often receives an unknown person notification in Homey, which is titled as a known person a little later in Eufy. I tried by myself a delay in the flow, but this didn’t change anything because (i think) your app already have the wrong data.

@M_J no not possible this is in the SDK of the eufy app which I have no control over

I recently bought the Eufy Security 4G LTE Outdoor Cam S330 and noticed it’s not available in the Homey Eufy Security app.
Are there any plans to integrate this model into the app in the future?

@jpee yes there are plans but due to some changes in the eufy app it’s really hard to reverse engineer it at the moment. I’m in contact with eufy and athom, hoping for some official apis.
But it’s on my todo list but can’t share yet if it can be added

What is not working?
The C220 camera is not switching to nightmode or back.
Other controls seems to work perfectly.
