and I did mean FAQ Q1 as it doesnt seem you get updates in to homey. Might be related to:
I get update on to homey. I just try now, updating is ok for personn detect but not for known person. Strange. In Eufy, i’m recognise on the record

Can you send a report when a camera detected you ?
I try to do again the diagnosis when I am spotted but now nothing happens. What I don’t understand is the difference between the 2 screens. In 1 every movement is repeated, in the other no detection.
@Gerald_Delhaisse screenshots do not really help to debug the issue

I have tried the test version 3.35.1 but has not made a difference to my issue.
Both Homey and the Eufy app have been restarted several times.

I’m starting to think my issue is account based. No change installing the new version. I deleted my extra admin account and made a whole new one, even a second one with another different email. When trying to add a device I just get the message that no devices are found, it’s like it doesn’t see the account, it’s the same message if I input the incorrect password.
I tried with my main account and it will recognise the devices but it displays the issues I was already having where nothing updates.

Do you receive push notifications on your phone from Eufy?
i have the same since roud about 2 hours. notifications are displayed in the eufy app, but not in homey. also the indicator on the tile in homey from a camera doesn’t show anything.
