Hi,
Ever since the Homey Pro firmware was updated (2 days), Eufy Security has stopped working on Homey Pro.
Eufy is working via its own application but not through Homey anymore, I have restared Eufy in Homey several times.
Homey Pro has been updated to version 12.5.0.

Hi,
Since the firmware update, I no longer get any activity alerts that have been set up. Non of the below flows are now firing but were working just before the firmware update. I have restarted Homey several times since too..

Iām looking into it as the maintainer of that repo is not active anymore
Is this a new issue as it was working 2 days ago but seems to have stopped since the firmware update?
@Shaba49 itās an issue with registering at the push notification service. That goes wrong
So yeah a firmware update causes the eufy app to restart and trying to register at the push notification server which fails. So sound logical to me

Hope this gets resolved soon as it was a primary reason for buying the homey pro.

It is and stays a reversed engineered app and also voluntary work.
Currently Iām the only one developing for eufy security all other developers seem to have stopped (home assistant, home bridge etc)
Since 29th June, Iām no longer seeing updates to battery level and outside temperature in either the Homey web app or the Android version. My S330 is wired, but I found the battery level to be a useful check everything was working OK.
I found the external temperature sensor to be useful as itās the only one I have outside the house.
This is what Iām seeing from the temperature sensor:
Note it has not sent any changes since 29th June.
My diagnostics report is dca9541e-b220-44f7-9429-bad998e8eb5c
Iāve tried restarting the Eufy Security app and repairing the device.
Appreciate any help or suggestions.

Iām having issues where my cameras will connect then within an hour or so they just no longer send any information to Homey. They donāt show as disconnected, they are just doing nothing.
Is this caused by the same issue Andy is reporting?
@Richard_Neal what kind of information are you talking about? Eufy connects trough 3 different methods to Homey, so some data might work and some data doesnāt

Whatās happening to me is that I can add the devices, I can set up flows and they seem to work for a short period and then it stops
When I access the devices, they donāt show as disconnected, there is no warning triangle next to them or anything but the image I see is from just after I added the device.
For example, say I look at the timeline after adding the camera and ive been in front of it, I can see it registers as a person was detected. If I stand in front of it later, there is nothing. The last activity showing is back from just after I added it. Iāve tried leaving it a few days and nothing changes so itās not a temporary disconnect.
Iāve tried re adding them twice and reinstalled the app and itās the same behaviour
This shows what I mean, I have readded them today and there is someone in my yard now but Homey doesnāt register it. All notifications etc are working fine within the Eufy app.

@martijnpoppen Hello, quick question about known person detection: Does it not work anymore? I have the Homebase 3, the Eufy app recognizes me but the information does not go back to Homey. The information that 1 person or 1 animal is sent back, however. I would like not to receive a notification when it is me who comes back, no way via eufy, I was hoping to use this in Homey. Thanks in advance for the information

I have. On the first day I set it up, it worked for a few hours, I had automations running to switch on lights when motion was detected, it stopped working the following day. No when I add them it seems to stop working almost straight away
