[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

Hi Martijn,
since a few days I cannot use the app any more: always crashes. I send you a report

I really do not understand what happend.

Tried to unistall/install from scratch no way.

@Giulio_R seems like a cpu crash. So it can’t get the resources it needs on your homey. Do you have enough cpu space available?

Is the new the eufy famlock S3 going to be supported?

@Bellnaf No sorry, currently Locks are not part of this app and not on the planning

CPU usage for Eufy security shows as follow:

No other app shows such a CPU usage.

When I try to reinstall I also get this error:

These problems happen also in 2 different Homey Pro (anyhow 2 different admin user).

@Giulio_R cpu usage on Eufy is heavy that’s a given.
The seocnd image you show is not Eufy related, that coming from the Homey app itself. It seems to crash on the snapshot/event image.

Can you go here: Homey Developer Tools and see if the images do occur or if this page crashes as well

The Homey Developer Tools (app stopped and crashed) shows this:

If app restarted it shows for few moments (or X minutes of times) the images of the single Eufy cam till when it crashes again (and then refresh).

@Giulio_R strange. Can you restart the app and send a new report?

Hello, first of all I would like to thank you for the app.
Then I have a question, the Indoor Camera Pan/Tilt cannot create snapshots for me, neither with the self-hosted Docker container as described in FAQ13, nor with the take snapshot without self-hosted. My other camera (Floodlight Cam) can take a snapshot with both the self-hosted version and the non-self-hosted version. Is it possible that the Indoor Camera Pan/Tilt cannot do this at all?

@Steffen_Geiger it should work, please send a report and share your flow?

Screenshots from the Settings, the Flow and the notification will be available, but unfortunately as a new user I can only send one picture per post

@Giulio_R can you click the red crashed icon in the app screen and send a screenshot of that? I don’t see anything in the log which can cause this.
