None of my camera motion alarms seem to be triggering, i have several cameras and none are registering motion in homey. I’m using a separate account, and also not using the eufy app geofencing as suggested in the install instructions, is it because when im set to “Home” there are no notifications set in my eufy app?

@martijnpoppen My eufy access just stopped working.
When i try to repair it just says that I do not have any entities in my account.
Any ideas?

I just found out why it stopped working on Homey.
When I change security mode on the native iOS app it cut’s access to homey.
@Stanga do you use a different account in homey? Like described on the App Store page
Yes! I have a separate one.

The water and freeze sensor is not added to the SDK and already checked those but I don’t have the proper tools to debug those sensors
So I’m afraid they won’t be added
Hi @martijnpoppen,
I want to make a flow to play my own recorded speech message when nobody is at home. So, when doorbell is pushed, then play own speech message 1.
When testing it with a own recorded message, I get an error and no sound is played from my doorbell.
But when I select the standard messages, I do not get an error and the message is played.
Do you know what I can do to fix this?
Have also tried to rename the recorded speech message it to the standard name in the homey app, but that also doesn’t work.

I’m owning the video doorbell e340 in combination with the home base 3
@Mara try a restart of the app and try again after that
Restarting didn’t help unfortunately 
@Mara not sure if it works with this combination. Can you send a diagnostic report after trying to trigger it again

Hello,
I put widget on my dashboard as a snapshot from cameras. Homey updates snapshot aprox. Every 1 hour.
Issue is that snapshot is not visible most of time. See picture. Any help or recommendstions? Thank you really much.

Every time homey has to open a stream to a camera it closes the others
Make sure to do it asynchronous
