The card is actually working with different recordings as from factory. Not with own recordings. But even the own recordings are working directly from the eufy app.

@Robin_Seuren please try to restart the app and try again. Most of the time that fixes it

I did, but doesn’t helped. Only difference then is that the card is working as it sees a new recording.

With a new recording: de flow isn’t working. After restarting de eufy app: De flow is finishing in test, But still not playing

Ciao, I tried to add my camera as a device in homey pro and it works. For now I have only tried to create simple flows to enable surveillance when I am away from home and disable it when I am at home and everything works. Obviously the video flow is not managed because homey does not allow it at the moment. Thank you very much for your work

Hi,
I’ve tried to set up a flow where one of my Eufy cams, in case it detects motion and it’s after sunset should turn on the lights of the camera, send me a push, blink the lights and make a timeline entry (see inserted image).
When I try to trigger the flow, the only thing that happens is that Eufy sends me a notification but I don’t get any push from Homey, no lights turn on and no timeline entry is done.

Suggestions to how I fix this is much appreciated.

It seems like the notification is not passed on to Homey.

S380 Homebase with System version 3.6.5.9/ subsystem 1.4.0.8

Seems to be same issue as I had with my doorbell (which I thought I solved but it turned out I didn’t)…

@Cool_K and you are sure it’s motion detection and not a person detection? You can see the timeline inside the device in Homey,

Most of the time it’s person detection, motion detection is not measured that often

@martijnpoppen Hi Martijn! I went true the topic, search, couldn’t find. Eufy app works fine in Homey '23 pro. Camera S330, Homebase S380, latest Eufy apps. My issue:

Till now, snapshot S330 camera with text ‘Someone rings the bell’ send to whatsapp, want to change to persons name included if the person is recognized. If not, then still ‘someone rings the bell’.

So in Homey I’ve set up a basic test flow, ‘person detected’, send whatsapp ‘’#tag personsname’ detected’. But all I get is ‘Unknown detected’. While in Eufy I can clearly see the name of recognized person.

My thoughts, should be possible with ‘person detected’ flow card. But somehow the name is not send from Homebase to Homey seems like. Any idea?

@Willie27 please send a diagnostic report after the doorbell with recognized person rang. Then i’ll check if i can see what is wrong.

Edit: I see what you mean, that was a issue in the changelog were i accidentally copied the forum post and pasted that, but there’s no way back to remove that changelog, so that’s why immediately bumped it to 3.33.1 :slight_smile: - So it’s the same 3.33.1 the release for the E30
