[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

I recently lost connection to all my eufy devices. I tried repairing by logging back in but it tells me I don’t have any devices. I was already using an alternate admin account, but I went ahead and made a totally new one for this. It still saying I have no devices

I uninstalled the app already and reloaded it

@Brandon_Wade I see api errors
I can’t reproduce it myself

Already saw other reports coming in with same issue

Can you restart the app. login once and send a report?

Cheers, works like a charm via the link from the developer portal (even though the vision API was not very eager to describe peoples faces hehe).

@Zakarias_Mortensen nice!
And thanks a lot for your kind donation!

Hey,

With recent versions I started to get “Memory limit reached” crashes of the app

ad00e80a-ce09-47f0-b54b-9cd5a9610fb7

I started to use more of the “Snapshot” functionality, could that be a reason?

@Jedrzej_Nowak yes definetely.
So because of Nodejs patched a vulnerability I had to built a work-around for snapshots. This is very memory intensive. Currently only for HP23.

I’m still waiting on Athom to make a upgrade so I can use the native functionality again: Upgrade OpenSSL to 3.2 in favor of Eufy Security · Issue #375 · athombv/homey-apps-sdk-issues · GitHub (Maybe @Doekse can take this along internally :crossed_fingers: )

Got it, let’s then wait for Athom…

Hi, it seems I’m having the same issue as the other day. Here’s the report
all my devices are disconnected, I tried repairing but when I log back in it states I have no devices.

@Brandon_Wade please try a restart and try again

@Brandon_Wade I see a error on the API but can’t see why
Is your region correct? (US)

Yes region is set to US it’s the same login I’ve been using

@Brandon_Wade can you try a repair and send a new report?

Really trying to see why that api call fails

And thanks a lot for your kind donation :folded_hands:

Just restarted the app and then started a repair.

Here’s the code directly after doing so

@Brandon_Wade thanks

Can you try this?
Login to https://mysecurity.eufylife.com

Just trying some things to figure out why it goes wrong :wink:

I just signed into that no problem with the same account. I even saw all the devices

@Brandon_Wade
I will try to reproduce this

is there pet detection showing up for anyone using a eufy s120? or is it meant to have not pet detection available in homey? s120 is connected to my homebase 3. pet detection is also enabled on the eufy app.
