Hi Martijn,
First, I would like to compliment all your work and achievements regarding the EUFY functionality in Homey. Initially I didnât even notice that this was not officially supported by Eufy! I noticed that you have added the Eufy S3 Pro cameraâs, thatâs great! I already set the first generic alarm flows, and this works great!
I do however have an issue with my Eufy E340 doorbel generic alarm in the same flow. It shows that this is not supported (see picture), even though it is a card in the flow. Do you have any thoughts on this?

@martijnpoppen since it is a very welcome option to setup different chime type (eg differentiate between front door chime type vs side door chime type), can you indicate if the current bug will be resolved in the near future? Or is there a work around available? Thank you in advance.

Hi @martijnpoppen and thank you for your great work, I letft the Homebridge system and just ordered the Homey Pro especially for 1 device that I couldnât set up in HB, the Eufy S330 Video Smart Lock T8530, I thought it was supported under your system since Iâve seen Dual Doorbell - Battery S330-E340 in your list and on v3.30.0 on 14 oct. 2024 NEW: update SDK to 3.1.1 GitHub - bropat/eufy-security-client: This shared library allows to control Eufy security devices by connecting to the Eufy cloud servers and local/remote stations over p2p. which supports Video Smart Lock T8530 since v3.0.0 I though you support it too

I have a quick question regarding the âTurn Generic Alarm On for ___ Secondsâ flow card.
Would it be possible to expand the options available for this card? Currently, many of the available alarm modes are inaccessible without this functionality. For example, it would be incredibly useful to have a flow card like:
âTurn Custom Mode 2 Alarm On for ___ Secondsâ
Personally, Iâm looking to integrate all my Z-Wave fire alarms in a way that triggers Custom Mode 3âwhich Iâve set as my dedicated fire alarm mode. This is essential because Eufy fire alarm listeners currently lack direct integration/support. These listeners are crucial for my fire monitoring service, as they detect when my fire alarm is activatedâa requirement for my insurance policy.
With this additional functionality, Homey could bridge the gap between non-Eufy fire alarms and the Eufy fire alarm system, ensuring seamless integration without the need for complex workarounds. This would save time, effort, and unnecessary costs while making fire alarm setups significantly more reliable.
Iâd really appreciate any insights or possible solutions regarding this request. Thanks in advance for your time and help!

Thanks for the integration, I have noticed that in a flow âPerson detectedâ there is a tag with Person but there is no tag for âRelationshipâ. Would it be possible to add it?

I first reset the device. In addition, I tried adding the device again. I also entered the IP address of the hub station, but nothing works. It shows the following:

Been fiddling a bit with a homey script to get my an event-image from one of my cameras and then send it to ChatGPT vision, the latter works fine, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access the event-image tag from my cameras?
Currently, I can see the âcamera- Eventâ-tag when using the push notification card, but it doesnt appear to be accessible in HomeyScript or when trying to set it as a logic variable. When I check args.triggerTokens, its always empty.
Seems like I would theoretically be able to solve this by taking a snap shot which is accessible in homey script, but I would much rather take the event image as a snap shot would likely result in a delay (when person detected â create snapshot â use snap shot).
To sum up:
1: Am I able to access the event images from homey script, and if so how?
2. If not: any other smart ways to get the base64 data from an event image to the vision API?
Might be a confusing question, if so, sorry.

@Zakarias_Mortensen I donât think you can get the token into homey script
However the url of the image is always the same you can find it in the developer tools
Or find a way to get the image from the device in homey script not sure if there are examples on the forum
