Two questions:

1: regarding the snapshot feature: do I need a delay for this to work if I send the snapshot to my WhatsApp like in the FAQ-example? Reason for asking is that I did not see a delay in that example, but saw a prior post where I think you mentioned it Martijn. I guess it takes a couple of seconds for the picture to be uploaded/processed?

2: I’ve tied to enable generic motion alarm on all my cameras in homey (3 s330’s and Doorbell E340), but for some reason only the doorbell shows up when I go into activity and then “include in zone activity”. I’ve tried to restart the app as well as my homey but no luck. Maybe I’m missing something? I have also enabled use generic alarm on my HB3.

  1. I don’t use a delay in my flows. However it depends on your internet speed. So I would suggest to try without and if it doesn’t work like expected add a delay to it.
  2. Hmm that should automatically be part of the zone activity maybe because I add the capability later in the flow. I will check this

The new “known person detected card” which will come in the next upgrade, will it be able to specify for a specific person? Ex, me or my kids?

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue saving my flow with the flow card for enabling the general alarm on my Homebase and camera. When I try to enter the seconds, it displays the error “Invalid arguments.” Do you know what might be causing this problem?

@bayrambass can you try a higher number?

@martijnpoppen Yes, they are. They are both connected to the same WiFi network.

Higher number worked on 30. I thought 5 should have been possible my bad.

Can you trigger the security mode change and send a report after that?

Hello guys…Im trying to create a flow with doorbell E340. When someone press the button , the front door light will be open.
but the 3 cards “Person Detected” - “Motion Detected” - “Doorbell Pressed” dont change the value if Im in front of my door or/and I press the button of the doorbell.

Anyone have the same issue?

I saw it. Of course I receive notifications from Eufy app about motion/person detected and Doorbell pressed.

@iGiorgis please restart the app and send a diagnostic report

Ok I will do now… 2nd issue, If we restart the eufy app at HP23 I must login again, othewise the devices shows red triangle.
