Found it. I use NextDNS and Homey makes sure my dynamic IP address is continuously updated. That script didnā€™t work anymore and apparently, if the IP address doesnā€™t match anymore, this functionality doesnā€™t work anymore.

@martijnpoppen Hi Martijn, Iā€™m still struggling with the Homey not changing the status of the Eufy Homebase. I really have not clue how to solve it. I reinstalled the app several times, I used both email addresses, nothing seems to solve the issue. It seem to work all of a sudden for a few days but it stopped again. Any suggestions?

Iā€™m looking for users with one or multiple of these cameras and who are willing to share the cameraā€™s with me so I can try to integrate them.

I was hoping that the developer of the SDK would add them, but seems no activity there yet. So Iā€™ll try to help him and ofcourse you out. :smiley:

Hi Martijn, thanks for your reply. Notifications are not the issue. The issue is that the systems stays on Home while Homey should set it to Away or Night based on the flows I created. Iā€™m using both Homey and Eufy for quite some time but I got a new Homey 2023 some time ago so maybe thatā€™s causing the problem.

@martijnpoppen Hi Martin! The Snapshot-Functionality is not working properly. Itā€˜s activated in all my Solocams E20/E40 but I still see the standard picture and not a snapshot. The last event picture is working correctly.

Hello!

I have a question. I have a Homebase S3 and a Doorbell E340. The Homebase S3 can recognize faces which is very good. My question is now, is it possible to have this information communicate to my Homey Pro?

What I am trying to achieve is that when the doorbell recognizes my face my Homey Pro automatically opens my Yale Doorman L3S lock which is already connected to my Homey Pro.

yes itā€™s possible when thereā€™s a person recognized it will be added as a tag in the person detected card.

In the next big update iā€™ll add a known person detected card as well :slight_smile:
