Did not receive your latest report btw

I just restarted the homey and tried again. Same result.
New diagnostics report:
aa3a3782-4f36-49e9-8fe4-26d26b70b2f2
I am aware of the dropdown menu.
I have never seen any image returning from the snapshot. The events do seem to work fine.
@Sander_Muurmans I see no issue. in your log the snapshot is updated and should be there. However i do see you refreshed a lot of times. but as far as i see it should show up now. However i think when you send the report that was the time it updated.
Very weird that the log / diagnostics report tells you that it is updated, while in reality, it is really not. (you can see the previously attached image?)
@Sander_Muurmans i canât see the image only a confirmation of the update and I see that the steam opens and closes. So I canât do much here
What would be the next step in order to try and debug/solve this?
@Sander_Muurmans i have no idea
All looks good so thereâs nothing to debug
You could try the self hosted snapshot service
Are there any kind of validations performed on the stream to ensure it is sending the data that it should? Perhaps they could be included in the logging?
I am willing to try the self hosted snapshot service. Do you have any recommendations in terms of which hardware would be most efficiĂŤnt?
@Sander_Muurmans there is and it was successful otherwise it sets a fallback image and that would be logged
You can use any device capable of running docker. Even a computer would work
raspberry pi strong enough for these activities?
@Sander_Muurmans yes!
What I mean is that earlier in the Eufy app I could set it like WHEN the doorbell is ringing THEN play doorbell via Sonos (that works) and also send a push notification to a specific user with the snapshot the doorbell took of the person ringing.
Probably the fault is on my side, as of now I have a THEN card that says "Take a snapshot (use selfhosted service). What service should that be?
@pjotr see FAQ Q13 & Q14 [APP][Pro] Eufy Security - #4 by martijnpoppen - Apps - Homey Community Forum
As always a rapid response âmartijnpoppenâ - thank You.
My doorbell is very close to the street so I can´t use the âWhen the zone became activeâ, if doing so all the pedestrians on the street will trigger the flow (can not use the motion detection of Eufy doorbell).
Before it worked with the WHEN doorbell is pressed THEN send push notification to user.
Your suggestion in FAQ Q13 and 14 doesn´t seem to adress âmyâ problem as I can not use the motion sensor or am I doing something wrong?
The flow âdoorbell is pressedâ worked earlier with sending me a snapshot (with Your help martijnpoppen). I use the two account solution and as mentioned it worked before.
@pjotr sounds like a notification service issue. I would suggest to restart your Homebase and Homey and see if that resolves it.
Hello! I have a question about the possibility of creating a flow.
A nice pain in the ass remains that the keypad has no beep sound or alarm when the alarm is in delay. For example when coming back home. Is there a solution for this?
@Levi_DO unfortunately not ![]()
about 12 hours ago all my cameras, 2 indoor and one dual cam doorbell stopped reporting events to homey, i cant workout whats going on,
heres the report number 6e72ec1d-a27a-410d-a893-e1bc0589aa93
@Ronwell can you explain which events you expected ?
any motion event or person events that would normally trigger my flows, even in the device history the most recent event was over 12 hours
