yes everthing is enabled and it was all working perfectly the day before it stopped

Do you use 2 separate accounts? One for homey and one for your phone?
Hello,
I have eufy indoor 360 camera. I want to have snapshots from this cam on my dashboard. I can see snapshots from cam directly in the device, but on dashboard there is always event picture.
Can I somehow set that cam will be always showing snapshot on dashboard?

yes i have 3 accounts, one for my phone, one for my wall panel and one for homey.
when i woke up 3 hours ago i noticed my eufy events have started working again. although my wired eufy dual cam doorbell battery shows it has gone dwn to 80% which is odd as its wired
@Ronwell and you don’t have any changes in your security mode? like switching between modes?
no, havn’t explored that feature yet

Still same issue here, I will try using self-hosted snapshot service so check if snapshot could work properly.

I did uncheck the Performance (beta) to standard in Eufy App, then it works couple of times with Homey notification, but not by refreshing button on devices pages, neither trough WhatsApp.
Then nothing after 4-5 tests.

@Davi-d are you running the flowcard for snapshots? As I see you’re only refreshing the image, but that won’t take a snapshot
If so please run the flowcard and send a new report
Workin couple of second ago by using a flowcard.
But only the door bell is workin, all camera are displayed as card unavailable when they appear correctly in the devices list.

@Davi-d yep probably the app crashed. I’m still waiting for a fix from athom for HP23. → Upgrade OpenSSL to 3.2 in favor of Eufy Security · Issue #375 · athombv/homey-apps-sdk-issues · GitHub
But next to that opening 4 streams at the same time will definetely not work.
Make sure to put 4 seconds in between the different snapshots. Eufy can’t open multiple streams at once. That doesn’t work in their own app either
Get it, they are all together but I just click on test from here.
I did stop asking to get 4 snap at the same time since former feedback you provide me couple of weeks ago.

Could you make a single flow. For one of the cams (not the doorbell)
Start - Take Snapshot
And then send a report. The logs get flooded with image updates which makes it quite hard to see if something goes wrong
