Still displaying old event and no snapshot.
Should I try to use another server ?
Does it worth the time spent to achieve?

@Davi-d can you restart your Eufy app in Homey and try again and then send a new report.
You log was full with stuff so really hard to find the issue for you

Oh and btw the second image you sent will never work :wink: snapshot is not the same as event

I did delete some Eufy elements in as many flow as possible.
Maybe will make it easier for you to read.

Events: there’s a issue on the notification client in your logs. Seems ipv6 related. Not sure if you can force Homey to Ipv4. Or maybe try a repair on the devices

Snapshot: Can you try to only run one snapshot? You’re opening 5 streams at the same time resulting in a massive load on your Homey and it can’t parse it

Unfortunately no success after restarting the Eufy app. There is some different behaviour though, instead of not doing anything at all, it now gives an error.

I just tried adding a new homebase. For this purpose i created a new Eufy account and shared the homebase with that new account. This new account will only be used by the Homey app. I verified that the new account has access to the homebase and doorbell on the ios app.

When trying to add the new homebase on the Homey, the following error message appears. Now i retried adding it with the original username (which previously worked) and this one results in the same error. I expect there to be an issue with the regions. Both accounts are set to region ā€˜Netherlands’.

Next to that I see a successful snapshot on the doorbell

Not using snapchat (I am to old? :grinning:) Can i still get notification? I have changed in the Eufy app to allow notifications FFMPEG. Saying this I really would like the old solution that worked - sending to user. Is that possible?

The stream error is an error generated when trying to add a device for the Eufy app, so while the error itself might not be from the app (but from Homey), it is caused by the app.

You said you see a successful snapshot on the doorbell? How can you see that? Because I still haven’t been able to see a single successful snapshot.
