What i see in the report: failed, reason: connect ECONNREFUSED 10.0.0.100:3000

But please test if the normal snapshot card works and if that works it’s in your own setup.

Indeed i followed your tutorial to setup a sefhosted snapshot service. Tried both options, and both the same result. So the normal snapshot card doesn’t work and the selfhosted card does not work.

Ok but i restarted the snapshot service and asked a new report. However i only see your own service there. So not really something i can help with.

So please send a new report after using the snapshot card (not self hosted)

Shoot me. Turned off the homebase. Rebooted homey, power on homebase and it works. Just luck or? Thanks anyway for your quick reactions @martijnpoppen. As always.

@FKok Nice! But you already tried that right? Glad it works.
Homebase restart most of the time resolves connection issues
Eufy can sometimes discard an active session and a restart works.

Hello. I bought a Homebase 3 and a doorbell E340 (T8214). The HB was no problem getting into Homey. But the doorbell refuse. All i get is a Error page with no deeper reason why. I have tried both local storage with wifi on the doorbell and having it using the HB. So my question is if someone might have a good idea what i need todo to get it into Homey?

You’re trying to add a 2K powered doorbell while you should add the dual battery doorbell
Same as in the original eufy app

Ahhh the batt one for that is also for the E340. Ok i tried both the powered once sins i had that connected and got the error page. But it worked now using the bat one :slight_smile:

@Teddy yes it stays a battery doorbell even if you wire it :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m using Eufy motion detectors with Homey pro, but I can’t get any motiondetection in my Homey. I already reinstalled the Eufy app, but it doesn’t seem te help. What am I doing wrong?
