@martijnpoppen I’ve got the same issue. I think it started happening after the latest Homey update. I’ve got several flows which start by either pressing the dual camera doorbell or people walking by the Solar Wall Light Cam. Both are connected through a Homebase3. All 3 devices are linked to Homey.

All actions are registered in the Eufy Security app, but not by Homey.

Already tried re-adding the doorbell and the homebase3 to homey, without result. And restarted the app. But still: when pressing the doorbell, nothing is registered in Homey.

@Daan_Dagevos same issue as who? :sweat_smile: A lot of issues get reported here. So not clear to me what you’re referring to.

But sounds like the notification service is not working properly.
Please try a repair of the devices

@martijnpoppen ahaa! I meant the issue mentioned above your message. Since all 3 eufy devices have the same issue, I was wondering if it was Homebase3 losing connection with Homey.

I’ve repaired all 3 devices again and pressed the doorbell. Nothing appears to be registered:

Can you try a Homey and Homebase reboot?

@martijnpoppen Just pulling the plug of both devices waiting a minute and plugging in again?

Yes Eufy can sometimes discard an active session and a restart works. Most of the time restart of the Homebase but doing both is also good practice

I’m trying to get snapshots when someone pushes the doorbell or motion is detected, but everytime i get the default image. What am i doing wrong?

@martijnpoppen It’s a new setup, just bought it. And yes i’m using a homebase.

@FKok so if I’m correct it’s a E340 connected to a Homebase 3?

Did you already try a restart of the app?

I did a restart of the snapshot service, can you try again?
And can you share your flow?

@martijnpoppen Yes, that’s the setup. I restarted the app a few times, still the same result.

@FKok please try a Homebase restart and Homey restart
