Hi Martijn. When i use the flow for sending a snapshot and event when the doorbell is pressed via Homeybot (telegram) i get two messages. One of the event which is correct. And the snapshot is from when the doorbell has been pressed earlier (e.g day before) so allways one picture is not accurate. Does it have something to do with the app or because of Telegram. Can you please help?
i got the indoor 1080/2k cameras, any way got it all working, I started over with a 3rd account, is there any information on what the arm/ disarm features actually do.
also how do i get the persons names from home base 3 to the cameras and then to homey
thanks
arm/disarm is the same as the eufy event changes. So you can check Eufy’s website, but if you have a specific question about the Homey card then please elaborate your question
I’ve edited the flow and send a text after the event and snapshot. The image of the event is the correct one and will be updated after a doorbell press. When my flow says to make a (new) snapshot after a doorbell press, i get a image from a doorbell press before the latest doorbell press. Every (then) action will work unless there is motion detected and than the event works correct.
Hello, I have two SoloCam S340 without a homebase and with solar panels that I connected to homey. All works fine however the battery drain is unusable with about 10% drain per day when connected to homey. Without homey a bad day is about 1-2% drain. I suspect that homey keeps polling the cameras for stats like battery but would it be possible to pause these? Maybe fetch once per 2 hours or maybe not fetch at all?
But unfortunately no fix for that. I’m dependant on a SDK. And there’s there’s already a lot done to fix the battery usage but unfortunately not for all camera’s it works perfect.
A Homebase will fix it though as most connections go via the homebase leaving the camera’s
And please send a diagnostic report. There might be some connectivity issues
