I need to bother you gain. Have a strange behavior since a few days related to Eufy and/or WhatApp App. The Eufy App make a snapshot upon event. But sometimes I see in the Eufy App still the previous snapshot. Only when I hit the refresh button comes the recent just made image. This leads the WhatsApp app sending the previous snapshot and not the latest one. This is not happen every time but often.
Could that be related to your recent changes in the Eufy App version? Any other idea? I did not change anything in my configuration or flows.
FIXES: 1: FIX: small timeout for image update (prevent old images) 2: FIX: CPU warning fix. (make sure to disable snapshots on all devices for this!)
Additional info for point 2: HP23 uses a lot of cpu and memory for snapshots. This is due to a workaround i had to make to support it on the nodejs version which is running on HP23. Athom is aware and iām waiting for a fix. To prevent the CPU warning make sure to disable snapshot in all your cameraās then the work around will be disabled on the next reboot

Next to that. The snapshot feature is nice to have for this app which i host my self. Itās not a guaranteed service and therefore timeouts or errors might occur, i canāt influence that. If you want a robuster solution then please look at self hosting it with docker (see faq).
Also for HP23 thereās still a memory issues in combination with snapshots and i have to wait for a nodejs update from Athom for that
Hi Martijn, just to let you know what the above experimental test version of the Eufy App still captures the previous image and not the latest one as explained above. Let me know if you need a App report.
I have very often that the app disconnect/logout from my hb3 so it cannot set modes by flows anymore. The only thing I have to do is repair with login and it works again.
Iām using special user for homey app but doesnāt help.

Hi! I have just bought a set of the new eufyCam S3 Pro cameras but it seems like they are not supported in the app. Any chance that they might be added?
I have my E340 battery powered doorbell on v3.30.3. So far I never saw the ātoggle lightā card available. Also the āsomeone is loitering cardā still often dissapears.
I know you put your time and efforts in this voluntarily. So totally fine with it if you donāt want to look into it. But just letting you know.
Today homey stopped working again with eufy, at 24:00 it could turn hb3 in alarm mode and in the morning he should turn it of but didnāt work anymore. It will work again when i do repair and login again.
