[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

Hi Martijn,

My c210 indoor pan&tilt isn’t recognised in the installation page. I tried all options and get an error every time, while I have recently added other devices that work just fine.

Checked the connected account and it is working there.

Can this camera be added? Or recognised in the indoor pan&tilt section?

(C220 and C210 are the same)

So once it’s available there I can add it to homey

@Robin_De_Lange can you try again? I changed something on the snapshot server

Just tested but nothing happens, I don’t know if there is a difference in an Event and Snapshot?

The snapshot image has never shown anything to me, I have to click on Event every time after which I get to see an image

@Robin_De_Lange ofcourse there a difference
A event image you get when a event occurs like person detection

Snapshot is the image you get when you run the snapshot flowcard (see FAQ q14)

Aah oke, the event works only the snapshot doesnt.:grimacing:

@Robin_De_Lange the 2 are totally different things so they’re not connected what so ever.
I would say check FAQ Q14 to see how the snaphots work, (if you;re interested ofcourse :smiley: )

Can you send a new report after trying the snapshot card a few times?

I didn’t see any confirmation from the server for the snapshot, so i guess it’s not working.
How is the camera connected? via a homebase or stand alone?

Haha i just did, thanks. I also looked at my settings in the eufy app. And that seems fine

The camera is standalone, i dont have a homebase. Only a micro sd card in it.

Just activate 6 times the flowcart make snapshot.

Strange, it’s not activating the snapshot. Does the onoff work on the camera?
And is Homey in the same network as the camera?

Also a restart of the indoor cams might sometimes work for these issues

@Robin_De_Lange Hmm i’m not sure then. The S340 doorbell also doesn’t work with snapshots in standalone mode. So this might just be an issue with the S350 aswell.

I have to update the SDK anyway, so will check if there was a update in there.
Will come back on that :slight_smile:

Edit: yep there were fixes for the S350. Will try to update soon!

Hi Martijn, seems snapshots again stoped working. I don’t get any snapshots seems a day or so. Could you please check the snapshot server again.

No, I did not get to the limit of 30. just had 2 today and 4 yesterday.
When using the Web Homey Application


I am again get the error message when loading the image in the Honey App - see attached.

@Capetrip yep that can happen it’s sending a 4 second stream to the server
It works perfect on HP19 but on HP23 there’s a work around required in the code. Causing it to be a flaky implementation. I need a fix from athom for that

@Capetrip i reset the requests. Aka the 30 requests list per user. It’s a 24 hour limit
