[APP][Pro] Eufy Security

With all notifications on it works but then I get a lot of movement notifications. I was hoping persons alone would work also.

@ConstantG without movement notifications it should work as wel…
If you use the person detected flowcard you only need to enable person detection on the camera:

Person detection was what I wanted to do but that didn’t work. The settings for my cameras look different than yours.

@ConstantG depends on the camera ofcourse. Which camera do you have?

Having constant crashes, although I have multiple camera’s I’ve only enabled the HB3 and Doorbell.

That’s weird, yes restarted while I was troubleshooting but not since I sent you the last one.

Exact same issue here, the snapshot display this generic pack shot image on all my 4 Eufy Cam3.
Message : Not Found: Image with ID 9f970dc7-9684-4105-b813-3368ac66dcb6
Didn’t understand where I should use proper url for my self hosted service.
Everything great in Eufy App.

It doesn’t look like that on my iPhone. It works after I have set it to all movement but the problem is that it isn’t very consistent in the way it detects movement. There are always persons walking op the driveway but it doesn’t always give a persons message. I can’t figure out when it detect movement and when persons movement.

Same issue here. Since around a week ago, the snapshots stopped working on my two E330 Proffessional cameras. It either sends the generic app picture, or it sends a snapshot from several hours earlier.

All other functions/actions works as normal, so only snapshots seems to be broken. The only thing I’ve noticed is different in the flows is the language.

I’ve tried the following as part of my troubleshooting:

  • Restart Homebase 3
  • Restart both cameras
  • Restart the app
  • Remove and re-add all devices
  • Reinstall the app
  • Create new flows

I’m on app version 3.29.4.

@ConstantG in this case the person only option should be the one and with that you should only get person detection notifications from eufy itself and also in homey

@Hass please create a new report after making a snapshot. The log doesn’t contain snapshot info right now
