Thanks for taking so much time for building the Eufy app!
For me unfortunately it is not working properly. It doesn’t give movement updates (i’ve setup notifications in the 2nd account I made for the app). Also it gives double notifications for pressing the doorbell. I’ve already tried clearing and reconnecting, restarting the app and homey etc. Also it only makes a snapshot once in every 4 or 5 times that the doorbell is pressed. Do you know what I’m doing wrong?

A question about the camera, if it is not allowed, just remove the question.
I am currently in possession of the Arlo Pro 3, (already 1.5 years). But you need a subscription for everything. Even for zone detection. I don’t feel like it anymore. That is why I would like to switch to Eufy, no hassle with an abbo.
Has anyone switched from Arlo to EufyCam? Is there a noticeable difference in quality, video / build (Pro 3 / EufyCam 2 Pro)

@Avi_de_Winter , You can enable DEBUG in the app settings of Eufy-Homey. and send the ACTOR_ID in a DM to me, then i’ll check the logs and see if something goes wrong.

Hi, again! Would love to get the app working but can’t figure out how. I’ve set everything up, I just reinstalled the latest version of the app, added my 2k wireless camera again. But it doesn’t register motion. When I press the button, the app registers it and triggers flows. But nothing happens when motion is detected and the image below doesn’t update to show that motion has been detected. Flows don’t trigger. The eufy app itself detects and can send out notifications. It doesn’t matter if I have notifications turned on or off in the stand alone eufy app. Any ideas as to why it’s not working?

I just discussed this with @Avi_de_Winter. There we found that the issue was that the security mode didn’t have this enabled.
Make sure the Push notification is enabled for the selected security mode.

Unfortunately not, notifications is on but it still doesn’t work. Well, it works on door bell press, but not for motion detection.And my settings page looks slightly different.
