i’d still noticed that the homebase 2 has trouble switching modes from Away or Custom* to Home. Switching from Home to Away or Custom works perfect. Already tried to repair the homebase but didn’t help.

I would suggest a Homebase restart. Most of the time that solves P2P issues
Hi @martijnpoppen , from my S340 cam I get sometimes weird snapshots, some are good and some are messed up.
Doorbell and other cam are fine so far.
Any idea why this happens?

Try to get the cool new function working, but it seems my S340 doesn’t trigger the needed events to get the flow in motion
But when I look in the Homey s340 triggers it seems nothing is reported there as well, all triggers are not seen for two months, except the doorbell push.
I hope you have an idea what this can be.

@Heula that’s interesting. I do have a S340 here (empty battery). will charge it and check it
might be because of the stream length. I only open the stream for 3 seconds. and send that part to the converter. might be not enough.
@Heula which cameras did you test? Then I can keep track of what works and what not

@Cor_De_Rooij can you try to restart the Eufy app in Homey? My guess is that something went wrong with starting the notification helper

The problem @Cor_De_Rooij is experiencing, seems to be the same problem as I am experiencing for several weeks now. I have posted before in this thread, and tried a lot of different things. Only one time in the last 5 weeks the movement trigger was detected by homey.
Could resetting the Eufy setup do any good? It is about the last thing I haven’t tried yet.
BTW: I’m using a homebase2 with a T8210 and an eufycam 2

That was the one time it did work, but after that night I had to repair the devices with new login. And after that I can’t reproduce the situation that it will work again.
Push notifications are on. And I receive notifications when I use the second account on another phone.
I have also tried a new account.
Strange is the fact when I add the doorbell or the cam, Homey thinks that they can trigger on pet movement. After rebooting homey and the homebase2, Homey doesn’t show the pet movement trigger anymore. It does this every time when I reinstall the devices on Homey.
Funny thing is that it does change the temperature every few hours.
