@martijnpoppen Need some advise from you. Would like to buy the stand alone battery Eufy E340 Dual Camera 2K and was wondering if the AI face recognition would work without the homebase. Also have you tested this particular device with Face++ or the face recognition?

As far as i know the AI face recognition does work without the Homebase 3.
I have it connected to the Homebase 2, but i have to say the face recognition is not that great. Its way better with a HB3.
But if you want to use face++ you can definitely do that based on the person detection. (Doesnât require AI face detection)
Keep in mind that with Eufy you always need to have push notifications enabled. Thats how Homey reads the status. Homey registers itself as a Phone to your Eufy account and receives notifications like that.

For Example : Come home â push the doorbell button â Eufy doorbell sends snapshot to Face++ and if match â send unlock command to letâs say Yale. This would be the flow I am trying to achieve but wanted to be extra shure before I buy the doorbell.

Is it normal that if I send the command to my Eufy cameras to turn off the (main) alarm, which by the way was not on at all, it the alarm turn on for some seconds and the off ?
I have s flow that switches the mode of my indoor cams (pan & tilt and just indoor cam) and just to make sure (if turn any alarm off on these cams) when I wake Up and/or I come home.
Because sometimes until Homey has registered that its me coming home or waking up and walk in front if a camera took too much time and an alarm was triggered. So I added the step to turn off any main alarm on every camera, although it may(be) wasnât triggered/on at all. Just to be sure. But that resulted in sometimes the opposite and the alarm went off. (Together with an message greeting/notifying me at home and/or awake. ). 
So why the sudden alarm ? 
@flaviuvlaicu hmm another drawback is that Eufy doesnât always send a picture of the Doorbell press. Only if it is combined with a person detection.
Cons for push notifications. I dont really want notifications on my phone from eufy if i can handle things in Homey but that differs per situation / person
@DoctorBazinga i guess because the turn off alarm command is actually a turn on alarm command with 0 seconds. Might be that Eufy doesnât recognize that properly
Any suggestions to solve/prevent that please??
Is a condition like âthe (main) alarm is on/offâ possible please?

The Flow now works without errors.
However, the alarm itself actually doesnât sound at all. Any suggestions for that one or do you need some more logs to check?
I installed Eufy in the Homey app and the app itself on my phone. Is it wise to delete the eufy app? I now receive a notification from the Eufy app every time the camera detects people
Does anyone have a good flow for this in terms of alarm and settings?
In addition, a question about the Fibaro dimmer 2. I cannot dim the LED spotlights to the maximum in the Homey app. Can this be set in the Homey app with additional settings of the dimmer?

I would not advice to delete the Eufy app on your phone. You canât view cameras from Eufy in Homey, so if you want to check the camera feed you have to do that with the Eufy app on your phone. The Homey integration is mainly for automations, so no possiblity for live view etc.
Please remove the part about the fibaro dimmer. This is not the topic for those questionsâŚ
I need your help - I am running out of options here.
This morning when I woke up, all Eufy devices were red in the Homey app. I can see in the timeline that firmware and Eufy app has been updated during the night.
When I click on the Homebase device in Homey, it says âcaptcha neededâ. So I do that, and when that is done, I see this:
I have not done anything with my accounts! I have a hard time to believe this is a local problem?
I have all my devices connected to account A. I have also created account B that I use with Homey. The home from account A is shared with account B. When I log in to account B with the Eufy app, I can see all the devices from account A.
I have tried to delete account B, reshared the home, tried to share all the devices instead etcâŚetcâŚ

No, never, only shared my home. And I have tried to change that, i.e. only share the devices, but same problem. But I can try again.
@Peter_Kalrsson can you make sure that the House you shared is selected in account B?
Eufy API can only see the shared house if itâs selected
Next to that feel free to send a report, might be something else going on
Yeah, that it what I noticed when I logged in. I have to select the shared home to see the devices. But as far as I can see, I canât âselectâ any home as default.
