Hi @martijnpoppen, the âsave batteryâ fix is only marginally (if at all) better for the S120. Iâve done some other testing in the previous days and I get better results (4% vs 15%+) when moving the wall light camera to my guest wifi. Does that makes sense?
BTW, you can remove the temperature capability. I donât believe the S120 reports temperature. I havenât seen it in the official app nor mentioned as feature.

Hi @martijnpoppen I am using this App already for quite a while with satisfaction. Only today I decided to use the function to activate the chime from a flow.
In this card you can choose which chime type to use (chord, presto, ding etc etc) however it doesnât matter which one I choose the resulting sound is always the default sound. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

yep thatâs unfortunately a bug which cant be resolved. It worked until a couple of months ago. So only 1 ringtone to choose from ![]()

Can i use Homey to activate / deactivate an Eufy alarm system,
fx. making a flow that locks my door and activate eufy alarm system -
and visa versa when unlocking my door then deactivate Eufy alarm system

Couple questions regarding the use of the Minibase Chime in a flow:
- I can add the chime to my Homey when I use my âmainâ Eufy account. However in the Eufy app you cannot share the Chime to other users like you can with other devices. So you canât use the advised method of using a 2nd Eufy account in Homey to access the Chime. What is the best solution here?
- I would like to create a flow that only triggers the Chime based on the time of day. But I donât see a card to (dis)able the chime sound, only the alarm. I could make a flow e.g.: IF doorbell rang THEN activate chime sound. But I fear that the delay will be more noticeable this way because it has to pass through Homey first. Again, what is the best approach here?

- in that case invite your 2nd account as resident, then it will show up.
- I would say you can create a security mode which doesnât ring the chime. and change the security mode accordingly

I donât think I have ever posted here but I have been a happy user of this app for a long time, so first of all thanks for all the effort you put in.
I have multiple Eufy cameras around the house including a battery dual doorbell. I do have it wired using the cables of the old doorbell. However, the charge drops insanely fast. According to the Homey Energy Insights it was 100% on the 5th december while today there is 16% remaining. When I check the Eufy app it most of the time shows the plug icon (which I guess means charging?) Is it a possibility that Homey is constantly trying to pull information (or something else) which impacts battery life? I have the camera for about a year and the issue wasnt there at the start.

Edit: I just checked the battery life in Homey over time and it seems like it started to go empty very quickly since October. Any idea if that could be Homey related?

Or you can even use Face++ to analyse/act on doorbell inages/visits, their mood etc. (in case you would like to enhance Eufy AI or if their AI do not work well for you) Just note that it sends pictures directly to China ![]()
Hi, I was wondering if I missed an update on this issue. Since my S340 is mounted in 4 m height, I would want to climb up there unless there is a solution already at hand. Mine did run out of battery within a few days also, and is gone ever since. Would it help to delete the device from homey´s device list for now (and have it accessible at least using the original app)?
